I love how durable and customizable these are. I use the motif bags and I bag 6oz of milk per bag. These freeze the bags so flat that I am able to make 66oz bricks. I HIGHLY recommend purchasing these.
These work to store different quantities of milk, but the spacers are difficult to get straight into the container because the little shelves are not wide enough to accurately slide the spacers in. Once they’re cold it becomes even more difficult. They are also not quite wide enough to get the while length of an average breast milk bag in, so I have to fold the tops down, which takes away from the complete flatness of the bags. I’ve also noticed that 3 ounces is the most efficient amount to store in each bag for space, which I don’t personally like but might work for someone else.
I had initially ordered these to help me organize the milk in the freezer but soon realized that the milk bags had to be a certain brand and couldnât be filled to the maximum to fit on the slots. So instead I put the containers in the freezer and put the bag in after making it in the slot let in freeze and fill up the container before transferring to the deep freezer.
Way too small! It does not fit my medela bags horizontally. Terrible purchase!
