Works perfectly for a variety of liquids
Bought a set to dehydrate spaghetti sauce, gravy and eggs of all things for an upcoming back country canoe trip and they were excellent. No issues with anything sticking even in the little channel that runs around the edge (presumably to stop overflow). You do need to support them on a wire rack. I would recommend washing them thoroughly before use to remove any residual mold release compound and put them through a short cycle in your dehydrator without anything on them just to be sure.

Makes dehydrating easier
So far I have only made fruit leather in these. It worked very well, leather came out easy and clean up also easy. They are a bit floppy but slide from the counter to the dehydrator trays no problem. I want to make some crackers next. It helps to get an even layer with the lip around the edge. A good product if you do a lot of drying.
Well made and lip is quite large also
Many options to choose from for these. I have a little dehydrator thatâs sits in the kitchen. Can only hold one tray is a Ninja brand. So I wanted something that would fit in that. But I also have a 8tray dehydrator which I can use these also. They are smaller then the trays so I wonât be able to put as much food on it but my hope is the food wonât stick like it currently does. I dry grapes tomatoes etc. and Iâm sure these silicon ones will make it easier to get them off. Also to make fruit leather these will work good and wanted that option.They are more flimsy then I thought they would be but letâs be honest, itâs a large silicon tray so firmness isnât something to be expected and it will be on the other tray so it will be ok. Washing was simple also.
Meets expectations so far, superior product for my usage
I wanted food grade silicon with theory its a better breadmaking mat. I hate cleaning bowls after. The silicon helps to eliminate sticking and after drying, everything peels off great. I can make bread without the mess.I was going to give to my friends but I also have an Excalibur dehydrator that doesnt have a fruit rollup tray so this will be perfect for Fall fruit harvest, which is its original use.
Silicone mats
Found them useful for many things esp in my Dehydrator, bought one set use to DH pruree tomatoes work great and made job much easier , ended up with 3 sets as needed 12 total. I’m hope i will find many uses for them. Did find pricey and r others r cheaper but had more of the standards we have in Canada thus why I chose these

They work great for dehydrating wetter items with lots of juice. They are very flexible so it is easy to peel the item off. They wash easily and do not hold onto smells.
I bought these at the same time I purchased a set of PC sectioned trays specifically for fruit leather strips. Those trays were waaay more expensive than these ones, and they are nothing but trouble. These guys, although you do have to cut the fruit leather yourself afterwards, have worked beautifully every time. Even thickness, easy removal, and easy cleaning. These were all I needed!They are flimsy and floppy, so set them on your dehydrator racks before you fill them, or you’ll have a mess on your hands. And your counter. And your kitchen floor. That’s probably obvious to most folks, but just putting it out there in case. The flexibility is perfect, though, when removing your fruit leather in one, big, beautiful rectangle. :)I have the 10-tray Magic Mill dehydrator, and these fit easily, with room on the sides if you had any other goodies you wanted to sneak in there.
I got these to make fruit rollups and they work great. Next up will be raw wraps.
I bought these when I purchased the dehydrator because they popped up and the sizing appeared to fit it. They are too big for this particular dehydrator and are being returned. They seem like good mats and would have kept them if they had fit the new machine.
These silicone trays are so much better than the plastic trays you can buy to dehydrate fruit leathers. No parchment paper or prep of silicone tray needed. I made a blueberry/strawberry/apple/banana mixed fruit leather. One using my plastic tray that came with my dehydrator and the other with these silicone trays. Super easy to get the leather out of the silicone tray, and even better my leather did not stick to or rip apart! Only took maybe 2 minutes to remove from the tray if even that long. Great product!
