My wife bought this for our newborn, who likes her arms free when swaddled. She sleeps well in it, but we didn’t get to use it right away b/c her arms would slide down inside and get stuck b/c she doesn’t have the motor skills to move her arms out of the holes by herself. I wish there was a way to make the arm holes adjustable with snaps, or a way to adjust the bottom length so that we can make the sack bigger or smaller, based on our baby’s size. Now that she’s almost 2 months old, she’s grown a bit, so her arms don’t slip down inside anymore. I know 0-3 months isn’t really necessarily intended for smaller newborns, but rather weight, but this was just our observation using it with our newborn, who was 6 lbs. 12 oz. when she was born. It is super soft and cozy, which will be nice when it gets cooler. I will likely invest in a muslin one by the same brand.
My very large 6 month old out grew his other sleep sacks (he wears 12 and 18month clothing due to his length) so I thought I’d buy a 12-18 month sack for him… it fits my average sized 3.5 year old with ease and I do not feel it will fit my baby until he’s much much older. It is however very very soft, I’ll be buying in a smaller size and save this one until he’s older. The boy in the photo is my 3.5 year old stretching out in it.
I bought the 6-12 month size for my 14lb 3month old (wears 3-6month clothes), which fits very well and he has some room to grow too. Material is nice and soft and the zipper seems sturdy. He wears this over a cotton sleeper when it’s around 68-72 and over a thick fleece sleeper if it gets into the low 60s. So far it’s washed up well.
This sleep sac is so soft and functions well on cold and warm nights. The zipper is legit and I love how itâs tabbed at the top so you donât have to fiddle with a snap while theyâre wiggling. I have a Burt Beeâs, Halo, Nested Bean, and Zipadee and this one is the softest and ultimately my favorite out of them all.
Love this product. The print is very cute gender neutral, can use for boy or girl. Washed well, very soft and even after many washings still soft and hasn’t pilled, remained nice feel.I would order again if I needed another.I would maybe size up if you have a bigger baby though fit little extra room .
