LED Display with Backlight: This indoor thermometer features a 4.4-inch LCD display, making it easy to read temperature and humidity levels. It is equipped with an energy-efficient backlight that ensures visibility, automatically turning off after 10 seconds when powered by batteries, and staying on when connected to a power cable. This makes it ideal for monitoring both indoor and outdoor conditions
High Precision Thermometer:This indoor-outdoor wireless temperature and humidity gauge is equipped with a highly accurate sensor for reliable readings. It tracks indoor temperatures from 14°F to 122°F (-9.9°C to 50°C) and outdoor temperatures from -58°F to 158°F (-50°C to 70°C), with a temperature accuracy of ±1°C (±1.8°F). Humidity is measured from 20% to 95% RH, with an accuracy of ±5%
Alarm Clock with Snooze function:This wireless indoor-outdoor thermometer comes equipped with an alarm clock that includes a 5-minute snooze function, promoting a more structured and healthier lifestyle. Simply touch the AL button on top to activate the snooze, and press the other buttons on the back to turn off the alarm
Weather Forecast Feature: This indoor thermometer not only shows the current indoor and outdoor temperature and humidity but also provides weather predictions for the next 12 to 24 hours. Using data from the integrated barometer sensor, it forecasts conditions across five levels: Sunny, Partly Cloudy, Overcast, Rainy, and Snowy
Easy to Install and Low Battery Alert: This wireless indoor/outdoor thermometer is designed for effortless placement, allowing you to either stand or hang the main unit. The transmitter also features its own display with both stand and mounting options. Additionally, it provides low battery alerts and lets you toggle the button sounds on or off, offering extra convenience for users

Inaccurate readings
I have a few other humidity and temperature devices, all of which are within ~3°C and 5% humidity of eachother. This weather station was 8°C off and almost 10% RH off in humidity. Viewing angles are also really poor as shown in the video, but is fine as long as you’re looking directly or <30° aboveThe remote module is very cool to have a screen on it to check the weather while outside, though it seems to only pair with this unit even when switching it to (non user friendly) CH2.
Reasonably decent temp/humidity monitor, USB-C/backlit, narrow viewing angles (up)*, base/1x sensor
This is a reasonably decent temperature and humidity monitor (i.e. thermometer/hygrometer) with 1x remote sensor that seems reasonably well-built and works just fine for the most part although the display isn’t as good (or easy to see) as I thought it would be based on the ads. Unlike some others that can support additional sensors if needed (purchased separately of course), this particular unit doesn’t appear to have the ability to support more than 1 sensor so just be aware of that. The overall build quality is decent; typical plastic shell with a 4.4″ backlit LCD display which I do appreciate and while it’s certainly better than a display doesn’t have backlight, it’s simply NOT as good as I thought it would be given the circumstance. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not difficult to see per se but like many other it has a pretty narrow viewing angle and anything outside of that is just not that good. With that being said, it’s certainly not the worst that I’ve seen in comparison to most other thermometers/hygrometers (dozens+) that I’ve come across and tested here. It’s best viewed from the eye level or above (i.e. looking downwards) so just keep that in mind. The base station also has a sensor (as they often do) and it displays the current temperature and humidity level as well as the min/max, trend, forecast, and date/time etc. It also has an alarm function that man others don’t have; however, I have no intention to use the temp alarm feature and I dunno anyone that do either (but I digress). It has an unknown update internal since it’s not specified anywhere but most others have 30 sec or so. It doesn’t come with any battery and the base requires 3x AAA while the remote sensor require 2x AA. Rechargeable batteries (e.g. NiMH) work just fine without issues. The base station can also be powered by USB-C which is perhaps the best feature in my mind because the backlit feature has an auto-timeout (unchangeable) of 10 seconds when it’s powered by the battery and without a backlit screen, this particular unit (and most others like it) just wouldn’t work in my mind since it won’t be readable at all from a distance. The backlist will remain on all the time when it’s powered by USB-C; however, there are not brightness adjustments available for this particular unit that a few others do.As you can see, accuracy (4% RH difference between the 2 while placed side by side after a while) isn’t its strong suit although that’s still within its margin for error according to the manual (±1°C for temperature and ±5% for humidity level), well, more or less. The temp differs by as much as 1.1°C initially although it does settle down on around 0.5-0.6°C. The humidity level differs by about 2-5% on average which isn’t too bad and somewhat comparable to just about all others that I’ve come across and reviewed here (several dozens).I’m not gonna go into details on how to set this up since it’s pretty straightforward and for the most part self-explanatory and reasonably intuitive; however, I’ll just quickly mention that you’d hold/press the SET button to configure the date/time (and single press to cycle through all related options) and one of the options that says On/Off is for audible beep when a button is pressed; everything else is just typical date/time settings.â¡ ValueAll things considered, this is a reasonably decent temperature and humidity monitor with 1x base station/unit along with 1x sensor. The base unit also has a sensor of its own so this can be used to monitor 2 locations simultaneous similar to most others with a base station. It’s somewhat reasonably priced at $30 for what it provides and its overall build quality, features (typical), usability, and performance. Your mileage might vary.
I live on the eastern coast of NC and the weather here is always changing. We love to be outdoors, but it rains a lot and it is difficult to keep a handle on the weather. We have a bunch of weather apps at our disposal, but each one says something different. We are closely watching this weather station to see how it does regarding the forecast, but so far it has been pretty accurate. I love that you can plug it in and it has a battery backup as well. I currently have the outside thermometer sitting on the deck, but it does come with screws and an attachment so you can attach it to a wall or the side of your house…somepace that works for you. The outside thermometer connects automatically to the indoor weather station screen. I didn’t have to pair them at all. I did have to turn the indoor weather station off and then back on once I had batteries in the outside thermometer and the outisde temp and humidity showed right up on the inside weather station.
