Great bras but fit small!
While I can’t speak so much for the larger ladies, I can definitely speak for the more petite ones and hope that this review can help others. I am 105 lbs and *barely* an A34 pre-pregnancy. Now at more than 8 months pregnant, I’m at 134 lbs and still only a B34 at this point but have literally gained no fat myself, so I am all belly. This means that even in pregnancy, my body is slender and therefore I assumed I would be a size Small with these bras. Not the case! I ordered a size M according to the size chart (and other helpful reviews) and thank goodness I did because the S would have been impossibly tight around the band. The M itself was already so tight around the ribcage that I could barley breathe. Thank goodness the bras came automatically with the free extenders because without them, I would have felt like I was suffocating in the tightness. Even WITH the extenders, the tightness is just at the threshold of tolerability and comfort. But it’ll do. As for the cup size for the M, it really does correspond to about a B34, with a little bit of room/stretch left for growth once my milk comes in.That said, if I were to purchase the M outside of pregnancy, the cup size would be way too big for an A34 chest, despite what the sizing chart says. Therefore, if I was trying to purchase the right size for A34 outside of pregnancy, I’m not sure that any size would fit properly – the S would fit the correct cup size but the bra would be WAY too tight around the band. Alternately, if you tried an M, the band would fit WITH the extender but the cup would be way too big. In that case, it might work if you took a S for the correct cup size but then added 1, and perhaps even 2, extenders to make the band size work.Aside from the sizing feedback, a few more helpful observations to pass along:First, the clips holding the cups in place are good and sturdy but they require 2 hands to unclip as they are quite strongly secured, which is good in that they won’t accidentally come loose on their own, but might be an annoyance when you’re trying to hold the baby with one arm and prepare yourself with the other.Second, it’s impossible to unclip and fold down only ONE cup at a time – the centre of the bra is wide and joins the 2 cups together so if you try to take down one side, it’s only able to come down part way and subsequently can only be completely removed for feeding if you remove BOTH sides at the same time simultaneously. This might be fine for home use but if you prefer privacy while breastfeeding outside somewhere, beware that you will need a full/complete breastfeeding cover because both the girls will be out in the open.Third, the foam cup insert seems reasonably thick, as though it can absorb a bit of milk here and there while also not sliding around or folding in half too easily.Lastly, the bras are nice and stretchy, soft, comfortable overall, and practical to use for various outfits and outings. Despite the sizing issue, I would re-order more for pregnancy, but would not re-order again for my small A34 frame outside of pregnancy unless I could find a 2nd, spare extender to double-extend the band, lest it be too tight with only 1 extender. To be fair though, these ARE nursing bras so one wouldn’t really be inclined to order them outside of pregnancy anyway. I hope this info can serve as a helpful guide to others.

They work.
Pros:comfortable, stop your nips from rubbing against clothing (can be uncomfortable if the inner padding is folded), fits quite well. I was worried about them running small.. but I fit fine with no issues. I am fairly large chested. don’t really need to unsnap the bra because of how much room it has in the cup.. unless that’s just for my size..Comfortable to sleep in.Cons:padding folds inside. This can make sensitive nips hurt.The band doesn’t stay down.. have to readjust often.. it folds up under chest. Which does not hurt nor bother me. It may bother others.Might restrict chest.. which can lessen milk flow. However I never noticed that issue. (All bras can do this)

Comfortable but has defects
The three bra package arrived quickly and one of them was defective as one of the straps was not sewn / attached correctly causing making it unusable. 2/3 were ok. It’s like whomever was doing the assembly missed inserting the piece before they stitched the bra strap together.Otherwise the bras were comfortable. 3/5 stars due to defect.

Super comfy
Super comfy bras for nursing access.Only complaint is the heavy fabric. Often sweat in it, but luckily there’s three in the pack to change and wash them often
