Mattress doesnât last
Update* the seller refunded me so I could purchase a new mattress. They were super easy to deal with and very accommodating. The mattress in the bassinet has already formed a low spot where my childâs head sits at night. There is now almost no padding on one end where her head usually is and weâve only been using it for about 2 months.
Initial difficulties, but they were quick to respond and fix
**edit ** As I said before it was easy to put together and had no smell that we detected. The issue arose with the netting that goes over top. It was ripped and drawn on. The company reached out to me within 12 hours of me, posting my initial review to remedy the problem by sending me a new one. I did get it and it was perfect. However, it did take over a month and a half to come in from the other side of the US. Iâm in Canada. That was a bit frustrating. Overallhappy with product.First this was easy to put together and Perfect. Until we put the mosquito net on. It was ripped and had crayon on it in a X. Not sure how to contact the seller. Will change review if corrected.

Tilted / not level
This would be a 5 star bassinet if it weren’t tilted. It tilts down toward the open side. If I put my baby near the closed side, he ends up all the way on the open side, sometimes against the mesh even though he can’t roll over yet.Other than that, the bassinet is great and very convenient to move around the house with you.

It was easy to set up. Like soooo easy, Loved it but the colour is so ugly . I thought I liked it but after seeing it in person not so much. In General the product is amazing.
Love the product. Works as described. I wanted something that I was able to move from room to room with me. This does the job amazingly. It works on wood, carpet, etc and doesnt get stuck. It has breaks on the bottom to make it harder to push but they dont stop the bassinet from moving completely. If you have all 4 breaks up or “off” it moves so smoothly. The only thing I dislike about this is how thin the “mattress” is. I wouldn’t want to sleep on something so thin, so to put my child in it… I have to put layers to make it thicker.
Mattress is a little hard, but other than that, it’s a great bassinet. The shelf underneath holds extra sheets and blankets. I also keep some diaper change supplies so we can change diapers right there versus going ask the way upstairs to the baby room. The mesh sides allow baby to see us. The flap to access baby in the middle of the night is easy to use and works well for calming baby in the middle of the night. The netting above isn’t really that functional when flap is down though, as it fastens to the bar that drops with the flap.
