This mirror is exactly what we needed in our vehicles to enable us to properly see the little one in their back seat rear-facing car seat. It works perfectly and is so easy to set up and install.I ordered two different mirrors to try them out as we needed multiples anyway to cover vehicles for both parents and grandparents, so it seemed like a good time to test out various models currently on the market.This one is our favourite to date as it has the added lighting feature that the other one does not have, and this is excellent for when we are travelling at night.It was so easy to set up and install, and so easy to customize to the proper height and angle depending on the vehicle that you are installing it in (and the height of the driver in the particular vehicle.) We could easily use the same unit for my low slung sporty car and our larger higher SUV if we only had the one, since it is is so easy to turn in different directions in order to obtain the view you want, and it has a wide angle view too so you can see everything clearly.This is really a terrific product and I am so happy with it. It really gives me an added sense of security to be able to keep an eye on the little one in the back seat with ease, especially when it’s dark out. The mirror is shatter-proof and it stays in position well. We have not had to re-tighten it at all once it was in place.This mirror definitely earns all 5 stars and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone with an infant utilizing a rear-facing car seat.
Great Design, Fantastic Performance
Iâm not sure what happened to my daughterâs last baby mirror but I suspect that, given its condition, it was unceremoniously pitched when her youngest daughter graduated into a full sized car seat. With a new baby on the way, however, sheâs going to need a replacement. This looks to be a huge upgrade over her previous baby mirror.This unit features simplicity of design, ease of use, and durable construction; it is, indeed, a vast improvement over mirrors I have used in the past. Assembly and installation were a breeze! First, place the swivel ball joint into its seating on the back of the mirror and tighten the screw which holds it in place. After raising the headrest so that its struts are accessible, push each of the two clamps on the mounting bracket against the struts until they clip into place. All thatâs left to do after that is to adjust the mirror so that you have a proper view of the baby seat. The mirror tilts easily and is mounted on a folding arm which makes proper positioning very easy. The unit does come with an excellent little instruction sheet outlining the installation steps.The convex mirror is shatterproof and provides a clear, wide angle view of the baby and their surroundings. The mirror can be mounted in either a horizontal or vertical configuration. My wife and I were both impressed with the size of the mirror which allowed for quick, easy checks on the baby seat.I found that the mounting bracket does a wonderful job of holding the mirror in its allotted location; as long as the mirror and arm screws were tightened properly, there was virtually no shifting of its position even on bumpy roads.I wish they had developed this system when our children were babies! This mirror is easy to install, stable when driving, and provides an excellent view of the back seat where baby will be sitting; itâs certainly much easier to concentrate on driving when checking on the baby is so simple. Highly recommended.

Great For Night Time
This mirror makes it easy to see baby in the backseat. It’s easy assembly, wide range of adjustability and clearness make it a great mirror. The thing I like best about this mirror is the dimmable light 30s timer that allows you to see your baby/child in the backseat quickly without leaving the light on the whole time. We leave the light at the lowest setting and use the remote to hit 30s whenever we need to check on baby in the back seat. If you do a lot of night driving, I recommend this mirror to help check on baby. Just a safety note, it does require you to use a remote to turn the light on for 30s so it isn’t hands free for a solo driver.
Cool concept but didnât fit
The mirror and attachment is very well made and it would have been great to have a light that uses a remote and no cable. Mirror does not shift and easy to install. However with my vehicle (2025 Tucson), the headrest would not fully engage and lock with mirror on. Had to return since in a vehicle accident, the chance the headrest being flung forward is too high.
Doesnât hold position
While driving, the mirror loses its position and becomes useless. Have to reach back while driving to fix it and thatâs not possible as Iâm short!

This is EXACTLY what a parent needs. I don’t even have any cons to this aside from my typical wish list of having these mirrors have a control remote to adjust the angles.I digress. This is phenomenal. For safety, it clips on to the bars of the head rest, it’s not velcro that snaps on and off. This is HUGE in terms of living in a place with many,many pot holes. This mirror doesn’t move at all with these potholes! It’s absolutely perfect in this regard.The light though. I was worried that it wouldn’t work in the day. The reason why is because it gets super sunny where I’m at and I pull the car seat shade all the way so that the sun isn’t in my baby’s eyes. Ultimately, this makes it so I can’t see a thing. With this mirror though, I get enough light to see my child, but not enough that the brightness wakes them up!No issues with the control; I do have to point it directly at the mirror though which is annoying because I need to turn around when I don’t want to thus need to wait for a stop light, but that’s not a deterrent.Highly, highly recommend this.
