Finally, I found a sleep sack to fit my toddler! When he outgrew his old Burtâs Bees sleep sack recently, I realized hardly any companies make ones for beyond 18 months. Thankfully I found this one and just in time for the cold weather change weâre having. The Baby Dee Dees I got my son are made from a cozy, lightweight fleece. I got ivory and also mocha. I like how detailed their TOG and size charts are, which helped me choose the material. I know the length looks long in some peoplesâ reviews, but toddler legs grow and really need the room! Any shorter and the sleep sack just wouldnât last long. Those reviews donât show a child actually wearing the sleep sack. Itâs maybe five inches longer than my sonâs old one and he needs that extra room for his feet. It really isnât oversized. Iâm really pleased with the quality and workmanship of the Baby Dee Dee brand. And this size will go up to age 36 months, so I am finally done shopping for sleep sacks LOL!
I still use this almost everyday a year after i bought it. I recommend getting this sooner then later so you dont have to upgrade everytime your kid grows out of his sleeping sack. Keeps my kid nice and warm.
I bought the big one so my son can grow into it. is comfortable and very well made, likely will be passed down to our next kid. I usually put my baby in long sleeves and pants under the sleep bag and keep the room at 72-73 F and he sleeps very comfortably. I ended up buying the other two, the thin one and the thick one. they are both great too. we have to sleep with AC at 72F so we hardly every use the thin one, only when temperatures are hotter.
My son wears 18-24 month clothes so I bought the large, it is really large though, Iâm pretty sure my 4 year old could almost fit in it, my baby still fits even though it is large, so it is nice to know it will last a while! And the snaps on the top are the best ever!! So easy to put on and off. Would definitely buy another one, just maybe size down a size.
I was given the smallest size as a hand-me-down and it quickly became my favorite sleep sack for my son! I ended up buying the next two sizes for him because at 18 months he still loves it and so does mom!
