I purchased this baby steamer with high hopes, but it has been a major letdown. The product arrived and initially seemed like it would do the job. However, the excitement quickly wore off when I noticed that the materials used in the steamer were incredibly cheap. Within just a few weeks of use, the steamer started to rust, which is not only unsightly but also concerning from a safety standpoint.To make matters worse, I tried to resolve this issue through the company. Unfortunately, there was no option to return the product, which is already a huge red flag. I reached out to their customer service team regarding the warranty, and they assured me they would get back to me. That was several weeks ago, and Iâm still waiting for any follow-up or resolution.Given the poor quality of the materials, the rust issue, and the terrible customer service experience, I cannot recommend this steamer. If youâre considering purchasing it, I would advise looking for a more reliable and customer-friendly option. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I regret not investing in a better-quality product from the start.

I bought his product a little over a week ago. I plugged in the product this morning and as soon as I selected manual blend sparks flew from it’s little engine, smoke and flames then followed immediately!I WAS HOLDING MY BABY! A FOOT AWAY FROM IT!This was the first time I used this machine. It is targeted at parents as a baby food maker, yet they use cheap parts and safety is last priority.DO NOT BUY THIS.
I have only used it a handful of times, but so far very happy with this purchase. Itâs very easy to use and easy to clean. The manual includes a page with steaming times for some foods
As soon as i turned on the mixer, it short circuited and smoke came out of it.
It would be a neat and multifunctional device if it was of a good quality. The instructions said the cup was dishwasher safe so a was washing it in the dishwasher and I think it’s after that the cup started cracking. It has 4 cracks now and leaking, useless now. I contacted customer service for replacement 3 times because it had 1 year warranty but I’m totally ignored. I’m still eligible for a replacement but there is no way to reach them. I think Amazon shouldn’t allow such sellers to sell. Super upset. I need it for my child. Do not deal with Sejoy.Update: I’ve contacted the support 6 times with no result and finally tossed it.No Joy with Sejoy! Hope you don’t make my mistake!
