Product Description
The Magic Sleepsuit is a patented swaddle transition product that helps transition babies from the swaddle by providing them with a cozy, secure feeling. The Magic Sleepsuit was created by a mother of four who is a pediatric physical therapist to improve the quality and duration of her babies’ sleep. The Magic Sleepsuit is designed for back sleeping in the bare crib only in a room at the recommended temperature for babies. The Magic Sleepsuit should not be used for co-sleeping, or with any sleep positioners.
The Magic Sleepsuit has a soft, breathable jersey cotton inner layer, a soft microfleece or cotton outer layer and a layer of polyfil in between for just enough comfort. The Magic Sleepsuit is designed to be introduced at approximately three months of age when babies are transitioning from the swaddle or smaller sleep space. Proper fit and timing of introduction are critical to the safety and effectiveness of the Magic Sleepsuit. Babies should be transitioned out of the Magic Sleepsuit when they roll over or try to roll over in it and are ready for more freedom of movement in their sleep.

PROPER FIT AND TIMING
Ideally, you should wait to begin using the Magic Sleepsuit until your baby is transitioning from the swaddle and fits properly into the Magic Sleepsuit. Proper fit of the Magic Sleepsuit is critical for its safety and effectiveness. When the Magic Sleepsuit fits properly, the scooped neck will lay flat on the baby’s chest, away from the face and baby should not have the ability to pull their arms and/or legs inside the Sleepsuit. . If the Sleepsuit is too big it will not provide the cozy, secure feeling necessary for sucess.

Baby finally sleeps
Baby would not sleep in his bassinette. We purchased the small (3-6 mo) at first and it worked thank god! True to it’s size (follow the weight range on the description) I’ve washed it and dried it many times in heavry duty/normal heat cycles and it’s still good.

Came as described. However it didnât help my baby sleep better seems to be a good product for transitioning out of a swaddle but I think I wished I purchased zipadee instead.
Excellent for transition out of swaddle
My baby grew out of swaddle sacks quickly but still needed something to help with sleep – he would hit himself in the face and wake himself up. This suit was an excellent transition suit to help him sleep without being swaddled. It seems expensive but itâs worth the price

Magic?
Ok so we tried this with our son at about 5 months old to transition out of a swaddle and it was a great big flop. He is a crap napper and usually only sleeps in 20-30 min increments during the day. Honestly I just donât think he was ready, so we tried a transition sleep sack first from halo where his arms were more constrained. Now at 6 months he is sleep trained but was still taking crap napsâ¦. Enter the suit! Watching him connect his sleep cycles and fall back asleep for a nap in this almost made me want to cry with happiness. He also did fewer night wakings and put himself back to sleep easier. Not sure if he is just at the right age where sleep lengthens but I think the suit has definitely helped.

The product is alright
My baby had been starting to sleep well though the night and this sleepsuit helped him achieve 11-12 hrs of sleep at night! Couldn’t recommend this product enough!
