Doesn’t work
I bought this camera for a friend’s of mine in Brazil. And they told me, that doesn’t work, they already watched thousands of videos on YouTube, and nothing. Is there anyway that can be refunded?
We originally purchased this with the two cameras. It worked and did everything you need it to do. No complaints at all. Then the charging cord stopped working properly (never even moved it from the spot it was at and was not bent or curved or misused).Then the back would not hold it up anymore. Then the antenna started to fail. Then the connection to the camera was intermittent. We went with a replacement as we were still in the return window. This also ended up with the same issues, sooner than the first.We tried to just go with the single option to see if they had improved, we had to replace within a week, and the second one was a dud out of the box. These two, the cameras would not pair with anything. Would not even go into pairing mode. One just flashes red, the other just stays blue. The pairing button does nothing at all. I have followed the troubleshooting and resetting, and nothing has worked.
el equipo llego en perfecto estado, sin embargo la cámara nunca sincronizo, a pesar de intentar según las instrucciones y de buscar incluso videos en YouTube de como emparejarlas (por defecto se supone ya vienen emparejadas de fabrica), el led ni siquiera cambio nunca de color, o dio señal auditiva la camara, etc. por más que busque en las instrucciones del fabricante simplemente la cámara nunca sincronizo con la pantalla de monitor, afortunadamente el vendedor me mando un correo donde me indican que me han reembolsado lo que pague por el producto, lo cual se agradece mucho tanto al vendedor como a Amazon, he visto que otros compradores han tenido el mismo problema y me pregunto si fue un error muy común de este modelo.
