I absolutely love my Bamboobies. After recently having my 2nd child, and breastfeeding again, I dreaded the cost of buying the disposable nursing pads again. I had tried washable ones that I found in my local walmart the last time I had a baby and they soaked through within an hour, so I was hesitate to try any more washable nursing pads. However, I couldn’t help but notice the great reviews that Bamboobies received, and they totally deserve the wonderful reviews.I find the disposable nursing pads to be very itchy and slightly irritating to wear, and the Bamboobies are very soft and you don’t even notice you are wearing them. I have never leaked through a Bamboobie nursing pad, and I tended to leak through even the best disposable ones by the end of a day, and wouldn’t even trust leaving my house with the old washable pads I had.This product is machine washable and you can put it in the dryer as well (without fabric softener), and we mothers know how important ‘ease of washing’ is!!These are fabulous and I would highly recommend them to any nursing mother, or as a great ‘new mother’ gift!!!The only small downfall that I have found is that with certain ‘satin’ bras, they slide out of place or bunch up. I usually wear a sports bra or cotton bra, however, with certain bras you do have to be careful that they don’t bunch or slide (especially after a feeding) as I’ve been in public, trying to very discreetly breastfeed, only to find myself searching for my Bamboobie in my shirt…..lol! So with certain bras, I would still recommend the ‘sticky backed’ disposable nursing pads.Overall though, this is an Amazing Product and I would HIGHLY Recommend it!!! They are totally worth the money!!! The money savings with these verses constantly buying the disposables is huge!
Well worth the price!
At first I bought the more inexpensive cotton pads to use but I found that these cotton ones were frumpy, did not fit very well with creases showing in non padded bras, and often soaked through leaving “accidents”. I was going to go back to using disposable pads, especially at night but I really wanted to be more environmentally friendly. So I decided to buy the Bamboobies instead because of reviews saying that they were the best nursing pads and well worth the price. I am so glad that I did! They really are well worth the money because they are very sleek in comparison to cotton ones, fit much better and don’t leave creases and they did good job keeping in the leaks. The overnight ones work especially well. They also feel much nicer on the skin, and are cute too! So far I have washed them a couple times and they seem to keep up well, but I do not put them in the dryer even though it says you can (I don’t like putting nice things in the dryer). I love my bamboobies and would well recommend it, they really are well worth the price because you’re not always changing them multiple times or having embarrassing accidents!
Cute, comfortable and not lumpy!
Bamboobies are a great product! I’ve been using them for about a month and a half. Prior to bamboobies I used only one kind of disposal nursing pads which were terribly lumpy looking and I hated the absorbent jell! Bamboobies are thin enough to look smooth under your clothes. They’re best under my stretchy nursing bras; in a 100% cotton bra, they still look lumpy, but of course the cotton isn’t as form fitting, so I understand why. I’ve had no problem with absorbency, but I’d say I don’t have heavy leakage. The regulars would have suited me well for both day and night. I find the shape of the regulars more comfortable than the overnights. Also, they wash and dry easily and nicely through the machines. I recommend buying more regulars than overnight unless you happen to have lots of leakage. They’re expensive, but worth it in comfort!
Best nursing pads I have tried!!!
My baby girl is a month old, and I had a really hard time with breast feeding at first. I had scabs on my nipples and even got a blister from the breast pump. I got a selection of washable breast pads from friends as gifts and I would wear them for an hour and then give up and walk around the house topless because the chafing was so bad. I was honestly starting to get anxious that I wouldn’t be able to go out for longer than an hour at a time. My husband was trying to help me and found a review for Bamboobies on you tube, and said I should try them. The product is great!!! They are so soft, and they don’t stick to my nipples like others did. They wash really well and only get softer. Note that you really do need the nighttime ones if you plan on wearing them to sleep. The daytime heart shape is great for laying flat under tops for daytime, but they shift at night with laying down. The round nighttime pads do stay put and I haven’t had a leak through…even with engorgement!
Soft but keeps sliding and not very absorbent
They are super soft so thereâs that. The blue ones absorb slightly better than the heart shaped ones. However they keep sliding in my bra which is so annoying, especially the heart shaped ones which also donât cover the nipples very well because of the shape. They also stay wet for a long time and donât dry well so theyâre uncomfortable to wear once you have leaked.

I had a reaction to every single disposable pad I tried; itchy, sensitive skin so decided to try these thanks to several Reddit threads. Can’t recommend highly enough, worth spending on. They are so soft and super absorbent, I ordered more right away! I do wish they came with a mesh wash bag, but thankfully I already had one
