This item was initially purchased for a baby shower gift, no real attempt for delivery, and when I reached out it to the company, was told it was returned. Very disappointed in process.The 2nd one ordered and was delivered successfully… It was exactly as described, disappointed in myself for not realizing the #’s are on top of the pictures.3rd party delivery company delivery.No apologies from the maker, or response to initial item being returned for an undeliverable address
