These ice cube trays work great. The cubes are a nice size, about 1″ square. Easy to remove from the trays.My previous tray was part hard plastic and part silicone, and the plastic cracked. I’m happy that these are full silicone.Comes with small metal tongs, admittedly I won’t need them.
Perfect cube size for the big opening bottles such as Costco Thermo Flask
Iâve used it a lot since purchased, the cubes are the perfect size for my water bottle and the protective lid prevent the ice from getting that weird freezer smell/taste.Cubes come off easily from the silicone trays.
Passable but …..
….it is preferable to buy the other sort where in each space can be individually demoulded. This one has a flat bottom while the preferable sort has individual moulds that are connected; this makes it is easier to push out a single frozen cube by pushing on the base of each little hole.
Doubles as popsicle mould
I am using this as popsicle mound because it is in the perfect size! I love how it comes with a little tong to pick up the ice cubes! Definitely a space save for me.
Toxic
This product left residue in my water which appeared like oil stains footing at the top. At first I thought it was my dishwasher leaving diturgent on it. Then I did a test and washed it by hand. Same result so I had to return this immediately. Be aware of this product. It seemed to be releasing chemicals or particles from the tray itself.
