Gentle on the eyes

Missing Pump! Poor support service!!
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! The product came with a missing pump, and the bottom cap could not be opened. I contacted Bioderma customer service twice(which was only an online form), but it has been 2 weeks and I still havenât heard from them! I read the product reviews and it was obviously not the first time, which is very disappointing as a big company. This product is also non-returnable and non-refundable. I had to cut the bottle open and pour it somewhere else just to use it, which is so ridiculous.

Great soap
***Update***My baby now has a reaction to the soap. She gets a rash in the diaper area from it. But she has a really sensitive skin. The Bioderma cleansing oil is better for her.Original comment: I donât know why people use the cheap brand of sented creams and shampoo because this container is huge for the price and itâs safe for my newborn skin. I love everything that Bioderma creates. It removes her body odors where the skin folds better than scented products. The texture is nice since she smiles when I shampoo her hair with it.
Cleans well; gentle on sensitive skin; scent is a bit strong
My little guy is probably a little bit older than the target audience for this ABCDerm foaming gel, but he has super sensitive skin so he still uses baby wash. He said this one is particularly nice since it foams up so well and cleans great. He also says the pump is easy to use and dispenses a a good amount of gel.He’s been using this for several days now, and his skin issues are not flaring up at all. It is gentle enough to make his skin happy, and strong enough to clean a sometime stinky young boy. That makes me happy.The only thing we aren’t too happy with is the scent. The gel is quite strongly scented, and it reminds me a bit of a weaker version of Irish Spring. However (and surprisingly) the scent does fade pretty quickly. But if your little ones are sensitive to scents, they may not like this foaming gel. Otherwise, this is a nice, gentle foaming gel that does a great job getting kids clean.

I love this product so far. We use it for my babyâs hair and body minus the sensitive areas(I use unscented product)It leaves her skin and hair nice and soft. It has a pretty scent. Doesnât smell chemically and is a stronger, longer lasting scent(compared to Aveeno light blue hair & body wash)I tested this product on myself 3 times and a test patch on my daughters arm to make sure everything was good to go. I recommend doing this only because this is a stronger scented baby product compared to what is out there!We also use their micellar water in between washes and it is fantastic and the same lovely scent!
This does so well without leaving my granddaughter in an itchy fit from rash or dry skin. It cleans her hair well and body. It has a pleasant but neutral scent. Just clean.
