Great value and flavor, works well
I have used this for over a year now when I need some help sleeping/ getting to sleep. This product has a nice flavor and isnât overpowering, and it works. I find no after effect the next day. I also use more than the dosage when needed and notice no issues from that either, itâs still quite mild.

My go-to for sleep.
I’ve used this product for my kids for a few years now. I like that the dropper allows me to control the dose. Flavour is up to the individual, I add it to juice so the kids don’t really taste a difference. Note, everyone is different and dosing amounts may differ as well as effectiveness.
