Breathing Training Device

I think this is a good product that covers a lot of different breathing problems. It was confusing to me to quite figure out how it works, the manual doesn’t really cover everything. Finding videos on line was frustrating, as info is mostly in Russian. I did find a couple of English ones, but still don’t have full info. I will use it though, as it is constructed well, and come apart easily for cleaning.

Not good for asthma
This product did not work well for me. It actually seemed to aggravate my asthma.

Je viens de recevoir le colis rapidement.Trop tôt pour savoir si cela marche. j’ai été étonnée de l’état de la boite d’emballage qui est toute usée et abimée comme si elle avait été mal stockée, l’appareil en lui même ne semble pas abimé.Je regrette que la notice qui à l’air par ailleurs très complète soit uniquement en anglais et que la vidéo sur internet soit en russe sous-titré en Français soit assez simpliste même si on comprend les bases. 3 étoiles pour l’instant on verra si je modifie mon jugement
