Not as firm as I had hoped
I needed the booster seat to add height to my office chair. I hoped that is was firmer as it sinks more than what is required to maintain the required height.

My mother in law is pretty short. She’s also very picky. She’s went through many different pillows and cushions and nothing was good enough until I bought this for her. Now she says she can even stretch and touch her head on the roof of her car. It’s a bit pricy for what it is, but it’s the only thing that has worked for her so far.

First let me say that it is a very nice looking cushion. It is not cheap looking or cheap feeling. The fabric is exactly what you would expect; no complaints there. The handle is nice as well. So if I were just looking for a pretty cushion to sit on this would fit the bill. But I was looking for a heightening seat cushion for post knee surgery. I needed a cushion that would get me higher on chairs to aid in standing up from a seated position. Four inches would have been a great height for this. Unfortunately it is not high density foam and so when you sit down on it, you sink all the way to the seat. You might get an inch of height if you don’t weigh much (and I don’t), but you’re not going to get anywhere near 4 inches.Also the cushion is not 15 x 15 as specified. Width is only about 13″.Because of these shortcomings I had to return it. Would recommend only if you were looking for a pretty cushion; not suitable for medical use.

This booster pillow is exactly what I’ve been searching for. I bought the pillow to use as a booster so I cannot comment just yet on how well it does or does not deliver support and pain relief. I can tell you that I find it to be very comfortable with a nice cushy firmness and thickness. For the price, this pill is pretty well made, too. The fabric has stretch and extra reinforcement in the center seams. The dimensions are just right for my body size. I think that this item will retain it’s form for quite a while. I would be very surprised and disappointed if the pillow starts to flatten after a few months of use.
