Worth the buy
Absolutely love this product have used it for several years now. Smells amazing and takes great care of your hair and scalp. I don’t have coloured hair so I don’t know how it works in that sense but it takes such good care of your hair either way
Dry Hair
This shampoo is great all in all such as the smell and the price and the fact that itâs natural⦠however I have been using it for about 4-5 months now and I have started to notice that itâs drying out my hair quite a lot⦠I also donât style my hair too much or use any unnecessary heat so I definitely know that itâs the shampoo.
Great smell and product
Love the smell and product, would highly recommend this natural shampoo to anyone looking for a good option! Only one negative thing to note and the was the packaging was a bit poor. My bottle came in a ziplock bag and was open, a decent amount of the shampoo had already spilled out.
Lovely product but…
I saw this at Sobeys yesterday for $12. I paid double that on here and half of it was spilled on all my other stuff due to poor packaging. I’m not happy at all! Pretty bad when someone else is charging double what Sobeys charges. 2 stars because it is a lovely product but I’ll never buy it on Amazon again. This goes for the conditioner (which is 3x the price as Sobeys because of bottle size) and the body wash.
Love the smell
Smells great not too strong and doesnât make your hair oily
I have serious chemical sensitivities and cannot use most shampoos. For that reason, the “Extra Gentle” in the name caught my eye. Although it is rather pricey, I decided to give it a try. I can say right off, I am having no sensitivity issues so far after several uses and it leaves my hair soft and manageable so I am thrilled about all that. I was, however, very dismayed and disappointed to receive the package only to find that around 1/4 of the product had leaked into the plastic shipping envelope. Whenever I purchase something liquid online, it always comes with the cap secured by some strong tape, such as strapping tape. It would only take 2 or 3 inches of it and it would have saved a terrible waste of expensive product and also a terrible mess for the customer to clean up. Normally, I would not place another order for expensive shampoo that isn’t secured in shipment but it is hard to find shampoos that do not irritate my scalp. This one works very well for me. For that reason alone, I plan to reorder again but if they do not ship my order with care, it will be my last order for that product. I am a senior and do not have money to waste like that. I hope they read my review and remedy this shipping problem for all their online orders. A little tape will make a big difference in customer experience.
Safe and no strange chemicals. I plan to shake with it to wash out the chemicals in my purple shampoo. I think the chemicals in the purple shampoo have caused some hair loss
Iâve had long healthy hair for as long as I can remember. And Iâve been dying my hair for over 15 years and still maintained the softest healthiest hair until I started using this. Was hair was literally breaking off at the end in chunks! Iâd comb my fingers through my hair and it would just break off. I went to my hair stylist to do a deep conditioning treatment and even out my hair and a few days later more chunks and dry like the desert.So be warned. This product strips your hair off all moisture and makes it so unhealthy. And for the price tag and the organic tag I was so surprised.
This is a great budget priced shampoo for those avoiding chemicals in personal care products. I’ve tried tons of the fancy/popular brands and didn’t like any. This shampoo does not suds like a normal shampoo but I’ve learned how to work with it to get my hair clean.*Note. The cap was only halfway screwed on and some product leaked out. I didn’t lose enough to make a fuss but maybe consider adding an inner seal?
I’ve been getting my mom on board with clean products and Carina Organics shampoo was one of the things I gave her. She was recently pretty sick and she LOVES this shampoo, as you can see by the text she sent me in the attached picture. I use the citrus one and just love their products!
