We love it! We upgraded from our other machine and boy were we amazed! You can clearly see from my photos how good the image on this camera is!The monitor awesome!! Sound control and even a mode to make the screen turn off after x amount of time so it doesn’t light your whole bedroom up.Very easy to setup! Literally took 2 minutes. The hardest part was figuring out where we wanted to put it.Well worth the price!
Very long delay in camera feed!
It’s basically garbage, it doesn’t lair with your phone, and there is a very heavy delay in the camera feed to the monitor even when they are in the same room… baby can be out of the crib and gone before this thing catches up
Effective 2 way communication
This baby monitor has a unique two way communication that senses the sound from a decent range. A perfect parentâs tool to keep things in order for the baby. Catching baby cooing and putting alerts on the monitor is faster. The microphone sensors are designed with high end sound effects. Due to its wide angle, itâs feasible to put it either in a corner or a height desk or an edge to cover the area. The name Giraffe definitely justifies this one.

Honestly I cannot say that the product is not good, it just did not meet my expectation or what I was looking for but the terrible experience is their seller in UAE which is âJetsouqâ these guys made pay the courier for the return and deducted 50% of the reimbursement, a simple robbery. Affordable portable monitor with a monitor and an option to watch from our phone using the app. If youre concerned about security, theres an option to disconnect from wifi and only watch the baby using the monitor from home. The camera is good quality even at night time. I like how I can clip it to the bassinet or crib or have the monitor sit on a desk/side table. I can also throw it in the diaper bag and take it with me when going on trips.
This baby monitor is fantastic in many ways. The sensitivity is impressive-it detects my dog barking outside the living room door and, more importantly, picks up my babyâs cries instantly. The rechargeable monitor lasts a long time, and the video quality is good. However, the stand is a bit short, so I had to use a tripod for better positioning. Also, the alert system is very sensitive, and I couldnât find a way to adjust it to reduce frequency, which can make it a bit noisy at times. Overall, itâs a great product for monitoring my baby with just a few minor drawbacks.
I was looking for a baby monitor that had both a hand held unit and a wifi “on the go” option for when I’m outside just out of reach of the units distance. While the handheld is an upgrade from our previous Motorola, that’s about all I can say that is good with this unit. I’m am not a ludite, and can setup a home network just fine, but this unit just sucks (or maybe I got a lemon?) Let’s break it down.Wi-Fi Toggle.Great idea, poor execution. The functionality is something that should exist with all baby monitors that connect to Wi-Fi, but unfortunately for this unit, when you turn it off, then go to turn it back on, the app on your phone will take quite a long time to catch up (if it does). The loading wheel is a perpetual item for this unit, even with strong Wi-Fi signal.Wi-Fi Connection in App.It straight up didn’t work for me no matter how many times I would disconnect and try to reconnect. It’s a product that had a good idea, but in this case, it didn’t even execute on it. This is the main reason I’m returning the product; the functionality promised wasn’t delivered on, i.e., the ability to see the feed from my phone via Wi-Fi. The camera only works in Local Mode.ChillaxCare App.It’s bad. Please, anyone reading this review, please know that there are pop ups on the video feed (again, if the video feed will even load) that you cannot get rid of. “did you know babies taste buds only recognize sweet and sour?” No, Chillax, I didn’t, and quite frankly, gtfo the screen, i’m trying to see my child. It’s so blatently in your face and it makes me wonder if all their Dev resources went into spamming ads into your face rather than making a reliable server connection to the video feed.2-stars given because the parental unit is of good quality, but the other half of the functionality (Wi-Fi remote viewing) fails to work as described.
