A nice set for beginners! Â
I went for these hair-cutting scissors and thinning shears as I wanted to cut my daughter’s hair and didn’t have anything suitable.  The set is all you need to do basic haircuts and comes in a nice packaged case to travel with as well.  I wasn’t a huge fan of the comb as it has an odd-shaped handle and is not very easy to cut hair with, but the shears are nicely weighted, and the blades of the scissors are sharp and easy to use as well. The grip on the scissors and shears is also great, and they are comfortable to work with!

Cet ensemble de ciseaux à cheveux est pratique pour garder une belle coupe à bébé. D’abord, j’apprécie que le lot vienne dans une pochette fermer et zipper. Cela assure une certaine sécurité pour les petits. Ensuite, les ciseaux ont les bouts arrondis pour prévenir les blessures. Couper les cheveux de jeunes enfants n’est pas évident puisqu’ils ont tendance à bouger beaucoup. Les bouts arrondis prévienne ces accidents. Les ciseaux pour amincir sont un bel ajout. Mes enfants ont les cheveux très mince, donc ce n’est pas un outil nécessaire pour eux. Par contre, je les utilise pour moi et j’apprécie de les avoir sous la main lorsque nécessaire. Le petit peigne est un petit plus. En somme, c’est un ensemble d’outil que je recommande puisque son coût est très abordable.
Great pair of sharp scissors to cut kids hair safely & quickly.
I’m not an expert at cutting hair (far from it) but I’ve had to get better and quicker with doing my son’s hair because he hates getting it cut. (see pic)* This is a very good quality set, the weight of the scissors is heavier than any others I own, however they feel very secure in my hand. The finger rest spot gives me much more control over the cut which is excellent.* The thinning scissors work great at doing the back of my son’s hair, he wants to keep it fairly long, so any kind of cut or trim is a battle. I show him on my hair first, then he lets me do his. (* Bonus they also work great on my hair.)* The comb is okay, I have a different comb I prefer to use, but this one works too.* The case keeps everything together nicely, Zipper works, and I like the spots for the scissors.Overall, for $22.48 with $4.00 off coupon (at time of review) this is a good set, that cuts clean, straight, feels solid to hold, and works as described.I’m giving this set 5 stars based on -Quality 5/5Size & maneuverability 5/5Durable 5/5Comfortable 5/5Performance 5/5Cost 5/5Other accessories 4/5 (not a fan of the comb)Would recommend!
Kid sized scissors…
These are supposed to be for cutting kids hair, but by the size of them you’d think that the kids are cutting their own hair.I’ve been cutting my own hair for decades so I’m trying to get into cutting my kids hair.I had been using the scissors that come with my clipper sets and those haven’t been great so I thought I’d get a dedicated set for doing the kids’ hair.I guess I missed the picture with the measurements because I was surprised to see how small these scissors are. They seem sharp enough as I tested them out, but I don’t know how comfortable they’d be for long cutting sessions. I don’t even have big hands but they just seem too small.I do like that they feel like heavy quality steel and the rounded points are much safer.If you have small hands, then I guess they’d be good, but unfortunately I can’t recommend.

The haircutting and thinning scissors in this kit are greatâhigh-quality, solid, and nicely weighted, with sharp blades that make trimming hair easy. The rounded/blunt tips are a huge plus, especially when cutting a squirmy kidâs hair, as it adds a layer of safety without compromising on effectiveness.One downside is the comb that comes with it. Itâs made of cheap plastic, and the bristles are too widely spaced for fine baby hair, so I wouldn’t recommend using it.If youâre wondering about that metal piece with the teeth, itâs a screwdriver for the special locking nuts. Donât loose it. Youâll need it to tighten/loosen the nut holding the scissor halves. Another thing to note is the nut has distinct positions. This is a great feature I have not seen with other scissors.I do like that the kit comes in a faux leather case to keep everything organized. However, the inside of the case looks cheaply made, which detracts from the overall quality a bit, but that’s just a minor complaint. Overall, it’s a great kit for cutting kidsâ hair safely and effectively.5 Stars
Not the highest quality sheers, but I got them to cut my toddler’s hair so my needs didn’t require high quality scissors. They get the job done, are well packaged, and cut hair nicely. I would definitely recommend for anyone who cuts their own kid’s hair.

This kit is solid and very good quality. The scissors are weighty, I love how they are curved at the end, and they do a great job of cutting hair. The comb helps take dandruff out of my baby’s hair. The brush makes his hair beautiful.
