Not as described.
First off, received the wrong size inside package. Top and bottom received size 8, while ordered size 2-3. However, the hat is not only tiny, too small for my 2 year old, but also not as described. The back piece is about 2 inches long and starts very high so does not cover the back of the neck. Now have to return. Total waste of time.
