Easily removed, iâm not sure if Amazon ended up sending the wrong plugs but the plugs i received our complete garbage. Very confused why the reviews on this product are so good⦠I would NOT recommend if you are looking for something to keep your kiddos safe. Definitely returning, hoping to get my 27$ back⦠ridiculous. I think this is the first bad review I have EVER given.
As a parent concerned about my child’s safety, I wanted to ensure our home was free from potential electrical hazards, and these outlet covers have proven to be a reliable solution.I really love the clear design of these outlet covers. The transparency allows me to see the outlet and its functionality while still providing a protective barrier, and it’s doesn’t attract the attention of your little one.The covers fit snugly into the outlets, providing a secure and tight fit. I appreciate that they are designed to be difficult for children to remove, ensuring an extra layer of safety.However, one minor drawback is that these outlet covers are not compatible with GFCI outlets or some oversized plugs. While they work perfectly for standard outlets, I had to find alternative solutions for those specific areas in my home. It would be perfect if they would combine a variety of some type of plugs, instead of having 36 pieces for only one type of outlet.
These do not fit with Australian power sockets. No mention of this is made anywhere.
Very easy to install, shape looks good on the outlet and it stays in there. Not easy to get out for adults making it harder for toddlers.
These are really effective, lie flat, and stay in place really well. If you dont use the trick to remove them it is intentionally really difficult, but that is a feature not a flaw. The packaging includes instructions on how to remove them easily with a trick simple enough for an adult, but would be difficult for a child or someone who doesn’t read the instructions to remove.They have you utilize the plug you would be putting into the outlet, it has a spot to slide it behind which will give you a slight gap, you can then use your finger to help lift the cover out with the added pressure from the plug. DONT crank on it with your plug or you could damage it. It doesn’t need any force if you properly use your finger and the prong to gently wedge it out.
This are good on protecting my kiddos from the outlets funny because once I put them on I couldn’t take them off they appear clear and look good easy to put on
