For the price you pay, it’s absolutely amazing. I love this system. Them with the spare parts you can install other shelf around the house. It’s just great. You can easily find parts online

Good value for money, set up for install takes two people.
Very good value for the price. The install was fairly straightforward but time consuming. I needed my husband to help hold everything for the measurements but once that was done drilling and installation was fine. It is set up so that the shelves slant downwards to the wall. Device seems sturdy enough for our purposes. No concerns.

Such a pain to put up
I attempted to put up this closet system myself and quickly realized this was not a job that could be done by an amateur. The instructions feel incomplete and don’t explain a lot of the set up process. If your closet is shorter than 8 feet, I suggest you pass on this closet system as it requires cutting, which we ended up having to do using a grinder. (the instructions say you can use a hacksaw but that was not working well at all.) the clips that hold the shelves to the wall feel and look cheap but seem to be doing a decent job holding everything up.

This would not work in the closet that I originally wanted it in as the side came to a v. My other closet was 8 foot 2 inches so I adjusted the marks on the wall to be an inch in on each side. That worked out fine. It did take a while to assemble and needs two people. I’m excited to use it in my new home as I had one in my previous apartment preinstalled.

I have 3 of these in my house now and I have progressively gotten better at installing them. It took me approx 3 hours for the first and the last one took about 1.25 hours in more or less similar configurations in my closets.The hardest part is lining up the rack wall hooks at the right height to be level with the screw hole of the supporting front rod. The wall plug is off-center and there is no marking to show where the center point is so that your shelves don’t end up sliding forward or backward unevenly. It takes some experimenting to get this right. I highly recommend taking some time to figure this out as you don’t want to make too many unwanted holes in your walls!!Also, recommend taking some time to figure out how you want the shelves to be laid out in the space you have as you may end up with too tight or too high spacing. Any mistakes, and you will end up making more holes in your walls 🙂 I found it useful to lay out your shelving on the floor to get an idea what it could look like in the closet before drilling holes to install the wall plugs. It is also useful to have a 2nd person to assist you during installation.Once installed, the entire assembly feels very stable and strong. My 2 teenage kids are giving it the rough treatment and it is holding up pretty good!
