Wouldn’t really recommend this for kids who throw toys
This toy is a bit fragile and one of them has already fallen apart when my 7 month old dropped it on the ground. I wouldn’t recommend this for the infant age range when they are at the stage of putting things in their mouths. This caterpillar shatters apart revealing small parts and are a choking hazard. Other than that, the toys works just fine as it is a simple hand wind and release mechanism. The caterpillar crawls on the ground which is great for attracting the attention of your baby. But due to the fragile nature of this toy, I may not give it to him unsupervised.

A great toy for a little one, however, I would say they are a little delicate in the sense that if the little one likes to smash and bash and which one doesnât these probably wonât last long. Also the wind up mechanism, although easy to do for an adult and a little bit older child for a younger one it maybe a challenge. Itâs great for an adult/child interaction play when trying to encourage little ones to crawl or walk to keep up with it, older children will be able to play with them autonomously.They are a lot of fun, cute and colourful. But at the same time they feel delicate, so keep that in mind. We are glad we got them.

Very brittle and flimsy. I was afraid it would fall apart and the small pieces would be a choking hazard.
Great little toys
If you’re looking for bugs or some way to interact with your kids and show them something cool this is perfect. It’s a great thing to use indoors or Outdoors is brightly colored and looks just like the pictures online. Awesome toy would highly recommend as a stocking stuffer.

very cheaply made iâm assuming. it was broken within 2 days. the wind up no longer works.
I love that they move on their own!
This is perfect for toddlers to learn to crawl with because they actually have to chase this toy around to play with it once it’s wound up. They look super cute and they really are great for kids because they’re brightly coloured and easy to use. Definitely recommend if you’re looking into it.
