Love my Cubo!
We had a cubo for my first daughter. Bought a second when we had our second, as I couldn’t find anything else I liked. Compatibility with our iphone/ipad is fantastic. I can check on both my kids from anywhere if they’re left with a babysitter. Highly recommend. Worth the cost.
Terrible customer service
I run a daycare and have experience with different brands of baby cameras. I have bought many different cheap cameras and after a year or so they start to lag in connection and not connect properly. So when I was having my own baby I decided to buy a more expensive camera. This Cubo ai camera now after a year of being used is doing the exact same thing as the cheap cameras. Every couple of days the camera will not connect and the video will not open on my phone. I have to go and unplug the camera and replug it in sometimes waking up my sleeping child … After two months of back and forth with Cubo customer support they ultimately told me to pay for a new one. So parents beware, this camera that cost 3x the price is not any better then a cheaper version.
Beyond Happy
I am extremely happy with my purchase. It has amazing night time quality. I just have a small night light on the sound machine an be the night vision is really crisp. It was super easy to set up and then install the app. I have had no issues with the connections. It is about 1 second behind on real time. I love the 2 way talk so when my husband is at work he can say good morning and good night. I like how we can turn certain functions on and off based on our preference.

Love this product, looking very forward to using the monitor when my baby arrives! Install was easy, I just found that there weren’t enough plates provided to tuck the power cord completely. I also really enjoy the app but there is a bit of a lag; nothing too long though just about a second. The lag could depend on the wifi connection as well. Overall, highly recommend!!
Terrible After Purchase Support
We purchased this monitor for our first child in 2021. We were very happy with the product and had no technical difficulties thus no need to ever deal with the support team. In late 2023, we welcomed our second child and purchased another monitor. Since we received that monitor we have had issues. Firstly, we were missing a lRt. Now we have major connectivity issues where sometimes, overnight the monitor display freezes completely. I have responded to approx. 15 separate points of information that have been requested via chat and we still donât have a resolution and theyâve blamed our fibre optic / google mesh equipped / very strong wireless network as the culprit of this issue, despite the monitor in the adjacent room having no issues whatsoever.I would run away from this company and buy from a larger, more reputable smart monitor company.I will update this review should an agreeable resolution be met.

Happy with the purchase but..
The camera is great. The quality of the picture is amazing both day and night. The app is pretty easy to install and use. The only thing is that I wish it didnât have only a wall mount or it could be turned to the sides. Because once you install it in one place you are pretty much stuck with one area. And there are times when the baby sleeps somewhere else.
Getting a camera to monitor your baby is an extra expense. In my opinion, you can’t put a price on peace of mind. This monitor gave us peace knowing our baby is being monitored by Cubo.This camera is built with quality and is easy to set up and get running. The images and videos are great. We love the auto capture feature. It captures images when your baby smiles or does something cute. The sound is also good. We have had no issues with audio.If you are on the fence about buying this or are searching for a baby monitor, you won’t regret buying this camera. Who knew that you could monitor your baby, have peace of mind, and capture memories all in one device!

Me encantan todas sus funcionalidades, funciona super bien y el servicio de atención al cliente es el mejor que he visto en cualquier empresa con la que haya tenido que tratar. He tenido dos problemas puntuales, uno con la app tras una actualización y otro porque tras dos cortes de luz en mi casa se me estropeó una cámara (más problema de mi entrañable ð urbanización que de la cámara). Y la atención que recibà fue de 10: respondieron super rápido y me solucionaron los problemas preocupándose después por si estaba todo ok. Lo dicho, no cambio por nada mi elección. El baby monitor me da paz mental cuando no estoy en la misma habitación que mi bebé/ toddler â¥ï¸
