Best kneeling pad ever.
As a gardener with bad knees from hockey and a bike accident I find myself having to kneel down while doing flower beds and I weigh 270 lbs and itâs very comfortable and unlike the others it doesnât get flattens like a pancake.If you want a superior kneeling pad this is the one.My knees love it.
Saves the knees
Perfect for gardening. With two, I can just move them along as I move myself along the edge of the garden. They are a fairly solid foam but still easy on the knees.

They work, comfortable on the knees but much harder than expected and wanted.
I use them for kneeling around the house, Cat boxes, spill on the floor, working on soimething near the floor, etc.My hips do not tolerate one knee on the floor, so I use two to prop my knee higher, then fine.We have sent them to friends and we have 6. Everyone loves them for inside and outside work.They are rather firm, so do not expect a soft cushy feel, but soft enough for knees.I recommend them for what they are.

I love these pads, I like the thickness and the handle. Would recommend them to anyone who has kneeling issues.
This was much harder than i thought it would be. I weigh 300lbs and when i tried kneeling on this my knees hurt. Not as much as if i knelt on the floor or concrete but enough that i wouldn’t use this for long. I let 2 other people test it out who weigh 250lbs and 220lbs and one said it hurt their knees too and the other said it was fine they would use it.So it’s hit and miss but i would say to be safe don’t buy this if you weigh a lot or have knee problems. It does feel durable however so that might be why it’s hard. But I had tried a similar mat from Husky that was softer and didn’t hurt but was not as wide enough like this mat. I also have an exercise mat that is only 1/2 inch thick but the foam on that is much softer and my knees don’t hurt on that either but it’s not as durable for outside.
Anyone who has Osgood-Schlatter lumps below the knees will appreciate these cusions.Kneeling on hard surface or bumping that area can be very painful as well as swelling and sensitivity issues.Knee-pads can be hot and uncomfortable with straps and cinches that pinch and restrict circulation.These pads work great to avoid those issues.Only problem is I have to order a few more so there is always one close at hand.I don’t know…maybe two is enough. If I have to run out to the shed or down the basement to retrieve one, I get mor exercise!
