Freeze compress for at least two hours for a cold ice pack effect. Place compress in soft cloth covering before applying. Disappointed
Bought these for my 2 year old and her frequent boo boos. She loved them. Within a week, both had split and were leaking. So they were garbage and I purchased a different brand.
Great item but broke open after no time
I only had it for a couple months before one of them split open which was unfortunate because the kids really liked them
