This toothbrush was purchased for my 3 year old. She is very independent and likes to do things on her own. This toothbrush has a chunky handle making it easy for her to grasp. It had no strange smell or taste. The brush size is on the smaller side, making it perfect for toddler teeth! The bristles are very soft, while also being extremely durable. Great price! Not to mention the little alligator is adorable, and is able to be stood upright on the counter. It also came with a brush cover, which was an added bonus!
I got this Dr. Talbot’s toddler Trainning Toothbrush for my 3 years old son. He has used a couple training toothbrushes since he was one year old. This is the softest and thinnest bristle that he has used ever. He likes the alligator theme, although he always calls it dinosaur XD. While the toothbrush can be placed on the counter freestanding, it is not too stable. It’s easy for a toddler to hold him/herself. I will give it 4 stars.

I apologize that I don’t include pictures but I have a genetic trait that causes my hands to shake.I had no hesitation ordering the Dr. Talbot’s Alligator Toddler Training Toothbrush, a brand that first started in 1933. I’m assured that this cute training brush will be gentle on the little one’s gums and their tiny hands can safely grasp the brush. It’s great to know that no harmful materials are used making this toothbrush.I read the package’s recommendation of first sterilizing the toothbrush in boiling water for 2 – 5 minutes, which could damage the soft bristles. I did a quick search for any easier, simpler ways to sterilize with results of using baking soda and water, or using mouthwash.
Unable to have it balance to stand/suction.
My son absolutely loves this toothbrush. It makes his bedtime routine fun. He loves to growl with it and make it “walk” after he brushes his teeth. Really makes his experience enjoyable.
