Product did not have all fittings and doesnât feel sturdy
This item isn’t ‘universal’ to all their 3-n-1 cribs. The frame is for a QUEEN sized bed & NOT a twin bed as it should be. The 24 screws (E) are NOT all the same size & instructions does NOT stipulate which size goes to what. Now I’m stuck with this $200 worth of nothing. I’m very disappointed because I’ve put this together & it doesn’t fit my sons Dream On Me crib that was made to be converted into a small twin bed. I had this crib for over 3yrs & wanted to continue havinh my son use his bed until he reaches a certain height. He’s way too small to have a queen size bed in his room.
I mean, it works. But there’s no directions on how/what parts of the crib attach. Unless they were in the crib directions and I don’t have those. It took about 3.5 hours to put together because I kept attaching then unattaching parts until I figured it out. Ideally should have taken 30 min if I knew what went where. It also came with 3 size screws but only 2 are listed in the directions and I had to use some from the crib that are completely different. And DOM customer service is disabled by phone due to COVID. Aside from that aggravation it does it job

Donât waste your money on this kit if youâre trying to use the option of setting your bed up without the footboard, which they clearly advertise as being an option (the crib we have is 5 in 1- crib, toddler bed with rail-purchased separately for $65, toddler day bed, full sized bed with headboard and footboard, and full sized bed without foot board.) After trying to look up how the heck to remove the footboard from the bed, I saw a response from dream on me themselves, stating 3 years ago that they havenât begun to manufacture a conversion kit that allows use without the footboard. Our crib was purchased in 2018 so why is this being shown as an option when they donât even offer the parts that youâd need to set your bed up that way? 5 in 1, thatâs a joke.
