Poor quality
My toddler was able to pull on the door handle and the lock on the other side broke. Heâs not even 2 so these things canât be very strong!
It does its job.
My dog learned how to open the door and this product has done its job and stopped this from occuring!.Only thing I could think of as a concern would be the adhesive that sticks it to a surface?, so far it’s held up just fine and I am fully happy with it ?ð

These work for my needs but break easily so need to be replaced more often than I would like
Broke after a few weeks
The idea is solid. Install was easy. My toddler wasnât able to open the door after but the quality is bad. My kid didnât yank on it or put all her weight on it or anything of the sort and it just fell apart.Tip: to get the adhesive to let go after it breaks, use wd40 and lightly pry while spraying. The wd40 releases the adhesive.
Broke early on
This is the second time we bought this set. Unfortunately within a month it already broke. Our first one did the same – we were hoping for better luck this time round. It is a great concept, and if it were stronger and would last, it would be a good product.
Not good quality
Purchased them based on amazing reviews. My son (2.5 y.o) broke it the second day it was installed. I do not recommend.
Love them. I had to get as my dog loves to open my door lol. But it helps an haven’t had a issue
Best for kids safety
Worked great for a while but when a guest tried to leave and turned the handle it ripped the entire safety lock off. Sheâs no hulk but this tape is lacking
The concept is good and the installation is easy but the first broke after a few months and the second one broke (the bottom turning round thing and the inside parts came off) after a week. The quality is just poor and can’t be trusted.
Both units broke within the first week of owning it. Itâs necessary to keep the baby safe in the home so now I have to order a new one
