This works well for me. It stays on my wrist, easy to read, dependable, and I like the look. It was easy to program; I watched the videos and they helped me learn how to do it. Easy once I saw how.It helps to keep me on track. I’m back to buy one for my niece. Not sure why my first review of this eSeasonGear VB150 Vibration Alarm Watch never showed up, so I’m trying again.

No at all as stated in the specifications. Fortunately got a refund
I love this product with the multiple vibrating alarms to help me remember to drink enough water during the day. The price sure beats other vibrating watches. The VB 150 has even more alarms than the VB 80 I used to use. The band is comfortable and I hardly feel it when the watch is on.Important though: I recommend putting in the more secure closing pin that comes with the watch, even for non-active wear. The original one was too insecure and the watch fell off somewhere. I had to buy a new one. With the more secure pin it stays on just fine. It is just a little harder to put on one-handed.I also recommend watching the good YouTube videos on how to set everything and to put in the more secure pin.
No count down timers as advertised
