Cost effective, slightly tedious installation.
It works well once installed.Did need a rolled towel to keep it level in rear facing orientation.Fits well in a small hatchback.Passing the straps correctly for rear facing installation is a bit more work than other seats.And undoing the straps once tightened correctly isn’t super easy.As a loaner, backup or 2nd seat it does the job.Not sure I’d pick it as a main/daily car seat.

This is one of those times when cheapness comes at a cost
At first I was very pleased with the reviews of this seat: It was cheap and yet with great positive ratings and safety reviews. The only thing that kept coming up was that it was noticeably cheap. My first impression of this was that there were no bells and whistles, but only the things that mattered. Then the seat arrived. It was a while before we started to use it (and now I regret it, as I can no longer return it), but when we did, it was really not easy to install it. First of all, even when installed according to the manual (rear-facing), the seat kept moving quite a bit more than one would expect, even when there seemed to be no more room for tightening it. Second, one thing that puzzled us was that the belt with latches, which runs under the seat, had to be twisted on both sides in order to be attached. That looked super weird and the manual showed no such twisting. Youtube videos of Evenflo seats also showed that the belt should run straight. Ultimately, the sit has a narrow belt holder that makes sure that the belt does not flip over, so it is really unclear whether we got a defective seat (with the belt that was set in a wrong way) or we got a defective manual (with incorrect images). Third, the seat can be used with a regular car seat belt, but there is no mentioning in the manual that the belt apparently needs to be in the automatic retractor mode in order to secure the seat (At least according to a youtube video which seems to have been produced by Evenflo). Overall, this seat proved to be a royal pain in the ass; I need to go to a store to look at the way the belt runs through other seats of this maker in order to decide whether it was installed correctly or not in our case, and I just wish I could return it.
Perfect for easy travel
This car seat is fairly sturdy for the price, and is perfect for our needs. We frequently have to install it in different vehicles, which is made easier as the seat is light enough for me to move by myself and carry even while carrying my wiggling little one.

Easy to install into car. Easy to adjust straps. Lightweight and compact. Great price. Simple design, obviously doesn’t have features like the more expensive ones but it does the job. Toddler approved.

Le falta más colchoncito en la parte de la cabeza para que no se cuelgue. Recomendado para viajes no muy largos, menor a 3 horas ya que no es tan cómodo para el bebé.

Great car seat for the price. It doesn’t have much in the way of extras, and I don’t count the cup holder because we can’t get it to stay on, which might be because her siblings like to pop it off. But I don’t need any extras, just a seat for her for the car. It is basic to install, not any harder then any other basic care seat, but it is not always easy. I didn’t like the head pillow piece because once I took it off to adjust the straps. I can’t get it back on. But for the price, it works exactly as intended.
