Not Fast but Accurate Reading: This thermometer is clinically accurate with high precision. Normally it takes 1-2 minutes. When you initially place the thermometer in your body, it will take time to get rid of that inertia of rest and indicate the temperature. That‘s why we made it 1-2 minutes.
A Great Choice for Family: With the soft, flexible tip, this is one of the most comfortable digital thermometers around, whether you’re using it orally, under an armpit, or rectally. It displays the – last previous recorded temperature—great for tracking rises and falls over the course of an illness.
Fever Indicator: When the measured value is lower than 32 degrees, the display shows ‘L’; if higher than 42 degrees, it shows ‘H’.
Auto Power Off: The thermometer has an automatic shutdown function. If no action is taken, it will shut down after 10 mins. But in order to extend the battery life, it is recommended to turn off the power timely after measurement.
Easy to Use and Clean: Waterproof tip allows you to clean the fever thermometer in an easy and hygienic way. Please use a wipe with water and clean with medical alcohol after or before each use. Lightweight and portable, with a free storage case, you can carry it anywhere and use it anytime.

Traditional slow but accurate thermometer
This thermometer only reads in Celcius.The battery is a little difficult to replace. The blue top comes off and a tool will be required to pry the battery out of the cradle. Thankfully, there is no safety screw holding the battery compartment closed. The battery is sufficiently difficult to get at that it is doubtful that a child will try it.Care must be taken when replacing the battery to ensure that the copper connecting wires are not broken. This may happen if the internal board that holds the battery is pulled out too far and/or with too much force.The battery is an LR41 button cell. Lucky you, if you have other devices that use this same battery but this means there is yet another battery type that I will have to buy. At least they are not expensive.

Affordable flexible digital thermometer
The Femometer Digital Thermometer came in the colour scheme white and blue. Included is a storage case, user manual, and FAQ guide. It can be used orally, rectal or underarm. It only reads in Celsius. I conclude the thermometer has an accurate consistent reading as it measures temperature at the same degree when tested against other oral thermometers. It looks and feels well made. It has a digital display which is clear and easy to read. It came with a battery that can be changed out. The battery type is LR41 and only 1 is required. I find its a nice size, not small and not big. It’s light weight and overall it works well.

It takes 1 to 2 minutes to take a reading, which is pretty standard for this type of thermometer.I am not sure if the tip part is slipperier than others, or the head is heavier, but I found it impossible to keep it under my tongue without holding on to it. Not a big problem, but you can’t just stick it in your mouth and use your hands for something else while you wait for the temperature to stabilize.An alarm beeps to tell you when you have waited long enough.OK digital thermometer.
