Lots of items. I will be taking a first aid course through my Union so I will know how best to use the equipment. But common sense will take you 90% of the way.Itâs a good, compact kit in a great bag to put in the trunk, or bathroom. A bit big for a backpack, but you can assemble a hiking first aid kit from its contents.Very happy with this purchase!
Has it all
Unless you work in the medical field and need higher end gear/supplies this is one of the most complete kits iv seen and it is also one of the cheapest 100% worth it and the money you save from buying smaller kits for double the price you can go buy the stuff your missing.

UPDATED!!!!WARNING DO NOT BUY! PRODUCTS BURNED MY HANDS!
I took my time choosing these first aid kits as it was not for personal use but for safety on construction jobsites and needed specific items inside. I ordered many kits so each of my workers would be safe and have piece of mind as they worked. When I received my large order, I was very impressed with the kits. I opened one right away to see what was inside and how it was packed. I was so happy when I opened the kit, everything had a place, the kit was bilingual, and everything was well identified. however, I noticed that the ice pack was wet and the bottles of solutions inside were wet/sweating. I thought this was odd and nothing seemed to be leaking. so I repacked the items and closed the kit. Within seconds my hands were tingling and burning. My fingers had turned a powdery white and the burning was terrible. I immediately went and washed my hands with soap. again. and again. and again and again. Finally a little relief. I had to keep compresses on my hands for the next few hours. I contacted amazon as I did not want these defective products and could not trust them for my employees. Amazon has informed me they will not accept a return and refused to accept back a medical product that they sell and ship directly from AMAZON. I was told that even though it is not written on the item page or anywhere on amazons return policy they can not accept back items considered hazardous. I am now out a lot of money and with products that must be thrown out. Horrible experience!!!UPDATE: First Aid Central went above and beyond to help me, the customer, and make sure I was 100% satisfied. After weeks of back and forth with Amazon, First Aid Central offered to exchange all the defective kits for new ones and remove one item that may have been causing the issue and replace it. At no time did Amazon help with the situation and refused to have further communication to resolve it. Amazon will package, ship and delivery this product but now refuses to do anything after the fact even though there is no mention that the product is not returnable. Again First Aid Central were amazing and I would buy directly from them in the future.
