For the price this bassinet is great, itâs lightweight and easy to fold up. The vibration is great and my baby loves it, however I wish it didnât turn off so soon or there was an option to set a timer instead of it automatically turning off. I get itâs probably to save battery but it turns off usually right when my baby starts to fall asleep
Please know that you need 3 C batteries for this bassinet, and with that being said, I HIGHLY recommend purchasing rechargeable C batteries simply because the power button stays illuminated once it’s done vibrating or playing music unless you manually turn it off. The bassinet also only vibrates for 30 minutes at a time, too, and I personally turn it back on after the first 30 minutes.The rocking feature is the reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5. I believe having a bassinet that rocked itself would be so much better. Manually rocking this bassinet just kind of flops my newborn around, if you will.Having a bassinet that vibrates makes a huge difference and I am glad I purchased this. With what I know now, I would have put so many more things that have vibration on my baby registry, but I’m a first time mom and had no idea that it would make such a difference.Having the music option is also cool, but I solely use this bassinet because it vibrates. I don’t really play the music.The folding feature is great for storing purposes and taking baby to in laws for baby sitting.
We bought this bassinet for my third child, and he is now two months old. He sleeps well in it. We love the vibrating function. My only wishes are that weâd be able to plug this into the wall to save on batteries and that the button functions would continue until shut off rather than be on a timer. The battery life isnât terrible. In the two months we have been using it for roughly 12 hours per night, weâve had to replace the batteries twice. I donât think thatâs awful for the amount of time weâve had the sound/vibration on. Iâd recommend this bassinet as it is an affordable, safe, quality item.
I really like the design of this because itâs rather minimal and neutral light gray. It has sound that my baby sometimes falls asleep to. But mostly she HATES this thing. The mattress is thin, noisy, and makes her sweat. Itâs like a plastic-like material which is great for liquids, but makes for an uncomfortable baby. I donât feel comfortable putting a blanket under her bc of suffocation risk and I canât find a mattress cover that fits thisâit should be sold and listed in this itemâs listing. Oh, my baby loves looking at the suffocation warning stickers on the inside!
Should have gotten the cheaper one without the vibration and sounds as my baby never wants them. A perfect bassinet for right by the bed. Really wanted the rock n play, but since it outlawed, I had to get this one
