Great Safety Solution for My Kitchen!
I got this Furniture Edge and Corner Guard set for my kitchen island, as it has sharp edges, and my daughter is at the perfect height where her head meets the island. I was always worried about her bumping into it, but this guard has given me so much peace of mind.The grey color blends perfectly with my island, and I love that it comes in different colors to suit different furniture. I initially considered a transparent version but chose this foam one instead after reading the reviews, and I’m so glad I did—it’s durable and does the job well.One thing to note: when applying, make sure not to stretch the foam too much as it’ll shrink back to its usual size, leaving a small gap on each edge. It’s not a big deal, though—just about half an inch—and I can easily redo it since I still have leftover foam.Overall, it’s a great product for childproofing, and I feel much more confident with my little one around sharp corners! Highly recommend it for any parents looking for a safe, practical solution.

Very sticky and soft!
We bought this to baby proof our home. It comes with a long wheel of the edge guard and a separate roll of 3M tape. The tape is easy to apply onto the guard. It is easy to remove the cover of the tape to reveal the adhesive side to attach to furniture. It is quite sticky so be sure when you’re putting it on!I was extremely happy with the softness of the bumper. It is sleek enough to blend into our furniture, which is important to me.. but we do have darker wood furniture with black accents.

Avoid
Doesn’t stick at all. Sad thing is I bought the same thing at a retail store and the adhesive is super strong. Wish the same was true for this one. They look identical but cheaped out on the mounting tape.[Edit] worked with seller to resolve the issue.

Choking hazard, unless you’re constantly watching.
I wanted to like it, and I thought based on the reviews that this was just what we were looking for, but sadly, this product is a hazard.Our little one is now standing on her own, and also teething like crazy, and while we never leave her alone, we don’t feel we need to have eyes on her the whole time she plays in our living-room, as it has been baby-proofed to the nines.This product being a dense foam, but none the less, a soft foam, it makes for the perfect chew surface for her, and she was even able to bite out large chunks of it with her bottom teeth. These chunks could pose a very serious choking hazard, if people aren’t aware they’re doing it.I’d really hate for this product to hurt someone’s baby or toddler.For older kids or little ones who aren’t prone to chewing things like crazy, then it’s probably okay, but definitely not the ideal average parents product.Ended up switching to one of the other clear silicone type protectors, and while they aren’t as soft, they can be chewed till the cow jumps over the moon, and comes home.1/10, because I don’t think this product has received any sort of baby proofing testing or standards checks, or it simply wouldn’t be on the market. And while it was supplied with it, I also had to apply all of my own double side tape, which was really annoying as a busy dad, when for the same price, the clear ones I bought all came pre-taped and ready to go.
