The legs work!!
I have these in my classroom! My students love using them and I love that they donât keep rolling around everywhere!
Wonderful chair
My 7 year old loves his ball chair. He will use it to hop around the house (great for rainy days when he can’t get outdoors) It was smaller than I had thought so keep that in mind.
Fidgety Kids
Love this! I ordered 2 for my fidgety boys and they sit and bounce on them and watch tv, or playing on their tablets. Great for kids who canât sit still keeps them moving quietly and in a productive way that is giving them some excise too!
Il est vraiment trop petit
Il manquait le bouchon pour pas que le ballon se dégonfle.
Legs are useless
The feet on this are essentially useless. They donât hold the ball up properly. On the other hand, it makes great handles for my kids to hold while they bounce all over the room.
Not as described
It is not stable any movement and your kid will topple over. Great for posturevifvyour kid can sit still.
Alternative seating
The kids love to sit on these and even when they roll a little, it isnât too far. Work great at my rectangular table
Works well
Bought this for my very wiggly daughter to do school. Worked perfectly other than it busted very easy when it came in contact with a pencil.Hopefully she learned her lesson as I will be buying another one.
Great ball, perfect for my Year 4 students. Good quality and easy to inflate.
got for my 4 year old to sit on at her arts and crafts bench table. buuuut I use it more than her. Itâs great for those who are unable to squat or sit on knees. I used it just today to pull weeds. I canât use my adult size exercise ball for that, itâs too tall. But this is perfect. My teen saw me on it and said I was popping it (because the âlegsâ where completely buckled. Those are not legs, just little nubs so the ball doesnât roll around. They canât support ANY weight, because theyâre not legs. Friggin kids man. Anywhoo, the whole family uses this, so far itâs still living
I made the mistake of thinking that a “junior” ball would work for early middle school kids since there was a smaller size for younger kids. I guess this is technically my fault. I have a 65cm ball of another brand that I use for myself at home. Most of my students are shorter than me. It seemed like a 65 cm ball would be too tall for my students and would not leave room for their legs to fit under desks, but I think this size is too small for my kiddos and will burst. I paid the same for this ball as I did for my 65 cm one with anti-burst technology, so I’m just bummed that this one does not look like it will hold the extra weight. Now I’m just trying to decide if I want to gamble with it or gift it to a friend who teaches younger grades. I usually research these things far in advance, but I got sucked into an Amazon Prime Day deal. I know this problem is my fault for being bad at judging the stability ball to student ratio and not researching enough, I just wish the advertising pictures would have somehow showed the size better. So here I am writing a review to save the rest of you middle school teachers from making the same mistake!
Product can vary in size. Purchased 4 for my classroom and the difference in sizes is laughable. I bought all XL and definitely 2 of them are closer to the smaller size they offer. I will have to give the two smaller ones away as I cannot see 4th graders comfortably fitting on them. So, if you are only purchasing one- it might be perfect and unnoticeable to you. For those of us in the market for more than one, donât expect a matching setâ¦.Canât say much for other quality aspects yet.
For the price, I do like this ball but be warned, you do not want to spend the time using the pump to fill it. Save yourself ( and your arms) and use an air compressor if you can ( eh hm… gas station ).The legs on the ball offer very little stability though the purpose I purchased this was to help develop core strength and increase balance, so I’m not bothered by this.On a positive note, this ball has already withstood quite a beating, so I can vouch for its durability.
