For the price, it’s a great little camera. We have other Geeni cameras and love the whole system. This one was easy to add to other devices and is easy to operate.

I was totally impressed with this little camera for the price I paid. I bought it to use as a pet camera, it was a little slow to rotate at first but once I updated the software on the app I havenât had any issues and am totally impressed with the quality, ease of set up and all the extra perks (temperature, recording, lullaby music, etc). Just note, if you want to be able to record video you will need a micro SD card!
Wouldnt even connect to the app
I orders this and it did even work the camera would show anything and a took forever to even connect to the app when it did no picture at all I order this as with other items and nothing g I got work at all I’m very disappointed in the direction of Amazon quality of products is going it very bad

Not all features work, customer service is exhausting and ineffective
I purchased one of these for each of my children. Overall, itâs a decent camera. The image quality is good and the sound is ok. However, on both of my cameras, the âpress and hold to speakâ function doesnât work. I get an error every time I try. Itâs not a critical feature, but still one I need to be able to leverage while Iâm juggling two kids. I tried to resolve the issue directly with the seller, and talking to them was beyond frustrating. The early interaction went like this:Me: opens ticket describing the issue in detailGeeni: responds asking for the serial number of the devicesMe: provides the numbersGeeni: responds by asking me to explain the issueMe: repeats the explanation provided in the first email (which was also summarized in the subject line)Geeni: responds by asking for the serial numbers (again)Me: provides the serial number and issue summary for the second and third times, respectively, and at this time say if Iâm asked to repeat the same information again Iâll go straight to Amazon for a refundAt that time they started giving me random things to try; reconnecting, uploading logs, etc. Each time I would oblige and they would reply that they were looking into the issue. Then theyâd come back and ask me to try something new. This went on for almost TWO MONTHS. The last thing they asked me to try was uploading the log, which I did and then informed them I had done so. They told me they had âpassed this information along to the developers and would get back to me with an updateâ. This was a week ago. A day or so later they asked me to send them screenshots of the error message I was receiving and to tell them what time I uploaded the log. I provided the information and have not heard anything since.The whole thing was absolutely ridiculous, it was the most ineffective customer service interaction Iâve ever had. I spent so long trying to resolve this with the company that the return window closed (which was probably their goal). Fortunately Amazon has allowed me to return both cameras and I will be purchasing something else from a different brand.

I was absolutely nervous about buying a video monitor online for my son’s room. I wanted to physically be able to feel and see the monitor and it’s features…but after a lot of research, I finally took the plunge and got this one. I’m so glad I did!Setting it up was mostly a breeze, the most difficult part was getting it to connect to my wifi. It was frustrating, but really only took about 10 minutes, which in hindsight isn’t very long.I am impressed by the quality of the image and sound. I included a picture with daylight and one with night image. My only complaint is I wish I knew where to plug it in so my toddler wouldn’t bother with it during the day, haha! But that’s an issue with everything right now. (:I’m sure some people might be disappointed it doesn’t record all the time, but I don’t need that feature. But I do love that that I can record while I’m watching and even take pictures. It’s been fun to see and hear what my toddler does “after dark”. This has given me some massive peace of mind. I can check on him anytime and never worry about waking him.
I bought this camera to use for multi purposes. Most important use was to monitor my granddaughter at nap-time. I love the motion and sound alerts. The remote features are a definite plus (Pan, Tilt & Zoom). Secondly, I am curious what my dogs do while we are away. Great security feature as we have several places to conceal it. Great Product, Great Price & Easy Set-Up !
I love it. Very accurate. Very clear. It rotates, u can see more around the room. It has lullabies for kids. And u really can talk in it it has two way talk.
So far this camera has been sitting in our living room since I made the purchase. It’s seem wonder. Customer service is decent. During set up, 1. ensure you have a dual band router so you can connect to a 2.4g. 2. There is a qr code that you muat scan to complete set up, and it will not scan through certain screen protectors. This is why it hasn’t been used yet.
A product like this is absolutely necessary if you have a little one suffering from any sort of breathing issue. The quality of the camera is also amazing and it does so much. Would recommend to all parents. It will also be useful to have around the house for pets/ and fear of burglars after baby is grown up.
