A very handy thermometer that takes a standard AAA battery – 3 batteries are included. Large, clear, easy-to-read display. I have these throughout my home to monitor the temperature.

Seems accurate
Purchased this 2 pack with the intent of handing off my original larger unit to my father as his identical unit was no longer accurate. As you can see I lucked out with this 2 pack in that they both read exactly the same. Their numbers are ever so slightly different than my original unit but I believe them to be more accurate in my basement space.My one and only complaint with these is the magnet. It is weak. Very weak. Like, struggle to support the weight of the tiny device when attached to a fridge weak. I don’t trust the magnet at all. The fold out stand however is great. Easy to open and close and very sturdy. And I appreciate the barebones info this model provides over the abundance of info that fills the screen of my original device.
