Well designed, very sturdy, very well packaged. Legs need adjustment.
Chairs used for our dining area off kitchen. We have an area carpet under table to preserve flooring. The legs of our old chairs used to partially snag in the carpet as larger adult-sized diners moved their chairs. This put sideways stress on the legs loosening them. We wanted particularly sturdy chairs for that reason. The Giantex chairs fill that bill admirably. They are well designed and quite comfortable. More/stiffer padding would be better for the seats. The quality control on the dimensions of the front legs and attachments could be better. To eliminate rocking on the front legs, I had to select and match the legs for length for all four chairs and still had to place a metal washer as a spacer on the top of two legs. The instructions suggest a way to adjust the legs (loosen the bolts slightly and sit on the chair) but it wasn’t sufficient. Product recommended but be prepared to adjust the fit of the front legs.

Very cute just wish they had different leg colours with the beige. I will update after a month to see how the chairs are doing with a toddler and teenager.

Very disappointed, legs are different colours and not the same size (even after adjusted).

The front legs always break easy especially if you over tighten during installation, but not tightening will make it come loose over time

Comfortable sure, but assembly is a nightmare. Getting them to just sit level without using the leveling feet is an exercise in frustration. Yes I read the instructions, and the insert to the instructions specifically about leveling them.End result: These things are really light weight, to the point of being flimsy depending on who is sitting on them. 330 pounds capacity, but realistically I wouldn’t go much past 200. The wood, whatever it is, is extremely light and soft. when tightening the bolts, the ones that will get tight, the wood starts to compress and crack because of how soft it is. For the bolts that won’t get tight, it’s because the threaded inserts are spinning in the other piece. You’ll never get that tight without removing the insert, applying glue, installing the insert and waiting for it all to set up. The finish on these is a dip or something, it barely holds onto the wood (certainly hasn’t penetrated at all) and will chip and flake off easily. The adjustable feet on the front legs while helpful in finally getting the chair to be level at all will also leave small black streaks or marks on your laminate floor from where the chair has been slid around. And the rear legs have a simple dot instead of pad or something to hold whatever body weight is in the chair, so they make little indents into the floor after a time with someone sitting in the chair.Don’t lean back to stretch or anything like that while you’re sitting in these, the wood will start crack and creak, and it’ll feel like on simple push will split the chair in half again. Can’t recommend these at all especially at this kind of price, they simply aren’t worth it. I should’ve spent a few bucks more and went to the Amish wood shop down the street and gotten solid chairs that’ll last another 40 years (which incidentally is the type of chair these are replacing; table is still solid at 40+ years old).Save your money. Don’t buy furniture from a website where you can’t sit in it, feel it, examine it. You’ll get taken to the cleaners nearly every time. I had previously rated these as 2 stars, but the marks on the floor sealed the deal for me. I’ve had the chairs not quite a week and I already need to find a different kind of foot or pad to replace what the chairs have so they stop marking up my floor. And I doubt they’ll last even 5 years after doing that because of how cheaply manufactured they are.
