Horrible
Spend your money elsewhere as youâre basically paying $500 for plastic. The vibrate is horrible and the swing/ swaying motion is non existent. The music sounds like garbled trash and super fuzzy. Motions they say comes with it donât work. Just got it today and I have already printed the return label. It is s shame as I was looking forward to something that was going to work. You would be wise getting something else. Itâs also very small that my 2 month old would probably only be using it for another few weeks at best. A ton of money for just plastic as far as I can see.

The auto cry detection inly detects very loud volumes
I am giving this 4 stars because the auto cry detection is almost impossible to use because it only detects very loud cries. I am happy to use it just as a electrical rocker and setting it on and off manually. Another dr we back is that it is very small and baby grows out of it very quickly. I have a baby boy and suspect I can use this bassinet beyond 2.5 months of age

Not worth the money. Very poorly made
We ordered this with high hopes that it would help us soothe our baby when he arrived. It was easy to set up, and is built very sturdy. Hoeeevr, I would not recommend buying this as we had it for about 1 week before it stopped working completely. None of the sounds, vibrations or rocking worked. The entire electrical panel malfunctioned. We contacted Amazon and they sent us a replacement. We set it up and plugged it in and that same night it stopped working. We gave up. At that point we had paid 400$ for a basic bassinet with no features at all. Save your money and buy something else!
