Great quality
Love all the functions of this swing. Unfortunately my baby doesn’t like ANY swing so it’s not this product’s fault lol. But I love that it sways both head to toe and left to right and does so very smoothly. However, my baby loves the rocker!! I attach a mobile to it and strap him in so I can shower and do things around the house and he loves it!!! So although it’s a pretty price to pay for just the rocker portion, I’m keeping it incase I have another baby and hope the next one likes swings more than this one. Great quality, any Graco products never disappoint me.
Product great- how it arrived not so much
Little one loved the seat itself- however mine arrived with a swapped out control panel so have to return it as it wouldnât run plugged in or with batteries.
Great until it stops working
I originally gave a 5 star review because we loved this swing. But it was a bit expensive. Well now the swing doesn’t work. There is no power going to the panel. Buttons will not light up or turn on. We tried batteries too and nothing. The motor must have burnt out like someone mentioned on another post. The return window has passed and we contacted Graco. I’m so disappointed. I also put this on a payment plan and just made the last payment, and now it doesn’t work. Not even 4 months of use and it doesn’t work anymore.

Our baby loves it
Really good swing and working well for 3 months old. Its almost more than 2 months since we started using it. So far it’s working great and have no issues.Cons- it would’ve been nice if they use thick soft sponge for bottom and back rest.We used our own sponge to made it more comfortable.
Not my first choice in the future
We bought this swing in the thick of those first 3 months. Our baby had colic and I was desperate for something to sooth him. As soon as we got it we noticed a sound when the bassinet would rock. Itâs not very very loud but itâs loud enough to notice when your baby is half asleep.Also, there are two settings for uprightness 1) fully reclined 2) slightly less reclined (a reclined sit).I noticed that when transitioning from one to another, there is a noise. If our baby was ever asleep and I wanted to move the backrest down for a fully reclined position, It would make a loud click and I woke him a few times. Not ideal for those fragile sleepers.
