Poor quality, must not have any quality control as it did not even look like a dog. The eyes are so recessed that they cannot be seen. Poor shape and smaller than advertised. I returned the one I ordered and did not let them send another. I took photos but cannot upload them to show how pathetic this toy is

This was a present for my wife and she adores this. This is her second Gund soft toy and the quality is great and very collectible. The only downside is that it comes delivered in a compacted plastic bag so the item has to be fluffed up for display and you may wish to do this before you give it as a gift ( if necessary ). It is appreciated of course that the bag is for safe and clean transit. Otherwise a gorgeous Cockapoo!
