I’ve used this with all 3 of my babies to collect extra milk to put in the freezer, and to help relieve engorgement. Often something I gift to new moms!

In the beginning I did not know how to use but when my nipple cracked from pumping with my electric pump, I had to use this one and it was much easier on my nipple and saw a couple of videos that helped in knowing how use it properly and efficiently.I would get the bigger one that has the cover though but this one is as good, I just wished it came with a lid cover as well.
Great toll to collect letdown
I love using this twice a day to collect the letdown from the nipple not in use by baby. My only complaint is that I find it painful to put on, but I also recognize that perhaps I just need to learn a better technique.
Do not waste your money
After the second time, sterilize in boiling water for 2â3 minutes. Black soot or dirt, as you can see in the pictures, please don’t buy it. It is not safe for babies.
Works as it should
This is a very convenient breastfeeding tool especially when you are engorged! I used mostly in the morning and it helped me not waste anymilk
Useful
Great for when your baby is nursing on one breast and the other breast is leaking. This catches the down pour perfectly. I didnât really use it much for manual pumping as it wasnât effective for me and very time consuming. This is really just great for collecting leaking milk.

Ich habe mir die Hakaa Milchâpumpeâ auf Rat meiner Hebamme bestellt, um Milch aufzufangen, die beim Stillen aus der anderen Brust läuft. Bei Kind 1 habe ich nur Milchauffangschalen benutzt. Diese waren für mich keine wirkliche Option. Sie sind immer wieder beim entfernen übergelaufen, waren wackelig und instabil.Die Hakaa Milchpumpe ist keine tatsächliche Pumpe, da man mit ihr die Milch nicht wirklich aus der Brust pumpt. Man stellt ein Vakuum her und dadurch läuft mehr Milch als gewöhnlich aus der Brust. Das Vakuum löst sich nach gewisser Zeit und man setzt die Pumpe dann einfach wieder an. Für mich funktioniert das problemlos.Auch wenn die âPumpeâ keine wirkliche Pumpe ist, ist sie für mich eine sehr gute Alternative. Der Prozess ist super unkompliziert und im Vergleich zum Pumpen mit anderen Pumpen auch viel angenehmer für mein Empfinden.Wenn ich parallel bei der Verwendung stille, gelingt es mir problemlos 90-100 ml Milch zu gewinnen. Und das ohne Schmerzen und viel Arbeit. AuÃerdem ist auch die Reinigung im Vergleich zu üblichen Milchpumpen ein Klacks. Nicht zu vergleichen. Aktuell kann ich mir gut vorstellen, dass ich in dieser Stillzeit komplett auf eine Pumpe zum pumpen verzichten kann und nur mit der Hakaa auskommen werde.Wie zufrieden man mit dem âPumpâErgebnis ist, hängt vielleicht aber auch damit zusammen, wie viel Milch einem selbst sowieso beim stillen aus der Brust läuft.Für mich ist sie genau das Richtige und ich kann es in meinem Fall uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
