I have 8 of these pouches and they are so amazing! I make my own purées for my babies and even my toddler always asks for them. They also wash so easily and can go in the dishwasher!

Great but not completely leak proof.
Great for smoothies except that they still make a mess because a little of the smoothie gets left behind in the top of the straw.

Lid popped off and it exploded on me. It was a good thing we were still home when it happened.
Loving this sustainable and low-tox alternative to store-bought pouches!! I love having the opportunity to fill them with a variety of foods!The straw makes it easier for my toddler to use and doesnât spill contents out when squeezed!!
I chose to make healthy meals at home. I make his yogurts with fresh fruits and use these pouches. My son just whines at the sight of them. He has been using them since 13 months old and knows how to squeeze it enough for it to come out. Even when he uses his mouth, the pouch is nearly clean at empty. Absolute must! Also use it for any milk or coconut water based smoothies. Extremely easy to clean too! Iâm going to order more soon.
Instead of buying packaged pouches of baby food, I use these and fill them with the glass baby food jars I get with my WIC account (or food I make myself). It’s an easy way to get the baby food into a squeeze and it saves me money.
I had high hopes for the Haakaa Silicone Refillable Food Pouch, but it didnât work out as well as I expected. The idea of being able to fill it with homemade food is great, but itâs really hard for my toddler to squeeze. When they do manage to squeeze it, the shape of the pouch is too wiggly, which makes it hard to handle.The straw option is a bit better, but even with that, it still wobbles in my toddlerâs hands and ends up spilling. Itâs a bit frustrating because I wanted this to be an easy, mess-free solution. Unfortunately, it hasnât worked out that way for us.I like the concept and the fact that itâs silicone and safe, but it just needs better design for toddler use.
I like that the pouch is easy to stand alone while pouring. I think it needs to come with a couple accessories though such as a brush to clean with (tricky if you have chia seeds) and a wide mouth funnel that fits the opening. Other than that, itâs great!
