We have tried many sleep swaddles for my baby since birth but this style seems to work the best! My baby has a very bad startle reflex and this helps get him down to sleep easily as he feels safe and secure. Practicing safe sleep is so important and Halo make it easy! Once he starts to roll, we will use the transition sleep sack and see how that goes!

Weâve tried many swaddles and these were by far our favorite. The Velcro can go anywhere on the inside and not just in a small specific spot. I wish we wouldâve found them sooner!

When in hospital learning to swaddle was such a pain. This makes is so much easier and our daughter slept so well in it.Halos sleep sacs are also great.Only Downside is the Velcro can be a little loud which doesnât seem to bug baby too much. Also make sure the Velcro is stuck together when washing.
Disappointed
I bought this product to help babe transition from being swaddled. When the wrap components are used in the arms-out position, thereâs no way to pull the pieces tight without the seams digging into the babyâs torso; the seam has no stretch and the shape of the wrap is clearly meant for arms-in. Also, the zipper is finicky. Definitely not my favourite Halo product.

Warning
We never got this product through Amazon (the package got lost), but I bought it through another seller. Our item had a metal zipper that came together on top (by the baby’s chin) and zipped down. The metal part of the zipper where it connected was so sharp that it tore through the “safety” fold meant to separate the baby’s skin from the zipper, leaving us with a useless product.We reached out to the seller, who reached out to the supplier (Halo), and they replaced our sleepsack right away. Our new sleep sack has a zipper with all soft plastic parts.So, when you receive your item, check if the zipper is metal or plastic, send the metal zippers back.
Our baby loved this! Especially since he could keep his arms out of it. It made getting rid of the swaddle so much easier. Only regret not getting it sooner
This sleepsack is awesome! Its 100% cotton, so soft and breathable. Itâs easy to put on and take off. You can swaddle baby with arms in or with their arms out if they are already starting to roll over. Love the designs. I also like the fact that itâs closed and you can zip it up easily. You donât need to add a blanket on top of baby with this sleepsack because itâs closed off.
I have two of these and they are a lifesaver for my little one who loves to break out of being swaddled! This brand is honestly the only one that is perfectly designed so it can adapt him slowly out of being swaddled every night; and they are so soft and cozy!
we absolutely love this swaddle. our son has fallen asleep so well since we starting using it. the only downfall is that the velcro wears out so quick. we started noticing it within a few uses. heaven forbid you have to wash it; the velcro deteriorates exponentially.
My baby likes to have his arms out. No matter how I swaddle him, he will get them free. I tried to swaddle with the hands up per the instructions on this swaddle and it seems that no matter what, the fabric rides up and ends up being tight on the side of his neck and half covering his face, so it seems to be a definite choking hazard. The fabric is also not very soft and breathable for being cotton. Baby sweats in this a lot, even wearing organic cotton pj’s underneath. It might work for babies who like their arms down or run cold. Definitely way overpriced, regardless.
