Good quality, helps baby sleep
We have a couple of Halo swaddles for our baby. I liked the idea of the Idealtemp material as the ones we have are fleece and sometimes our baby gets too warm. This swaddle is 100% Velcro on the Velcro flaps which makes it very secure, however, whenever we had to adjust it or take it off, our baby would startle and cry because of the loud Velcro sound. I ended up returning this because of that but it may work well for others with less sensitive babies.
Good size but quality of stitching was cheap.
Love the feek of the material. Kept my baby from over heating. When I went to pull the wing across the stitching feel apart very easily though.
Velcro
I like the look of it but i havent tried it yet because the velcro is super strong. Im hoping after i wash it, it will somehow help
Incredibly strong velcro!!
As much as this looks high quality, cute and warm. The velcro was so strong, I had the hardest time undoing the velcro, I’d be affade my baby gets stuck in here. It took emencen force to undo it. I thought washing it would help but I started ripping the velcro off. Only giving this 2 stars because other parents told me they where good.. I’m not impressed so far

We bought this for our son who is 6 weeks old. He sleeps in the fleece halo sleep sack swaddle at night and we love them. We decided with the spring and summer coming up we would give this lighter swaddle a try. We have been letting our son nap it in during the day and it’s amazing. He seems to be ok temperature wise, he doesn’t seem to get to cold or too hot. We will try having him sleep in it at night down the road.The velcro is no joke, it does not come undone easy! Although, with how tough the velcro is I am ok with it. I don’t have to worry about it coming undone while he sleeps and it should last a while. Out of the couple of times I have used it, the velcro has gotten easier pull apart. I did read the reviews about how much of a pain the velcro is but I think the more its used the easier it will become to pull apart.
Our baby broke out of swaddleme brand ones and we got this. She stays put and sleeps great!
This works pretty well with out newborn. The swaddle is easy to put on and offers different options for swaddling. I like being able to leave her hands out or wrapped depending on how she is at sleep times. It does tend to keep her warm or cool while wearing. The velcro is very strong and creates as tight of a fit as you need. The issue this causes is that it will ride up a bit if they wiggle a lot.
All of the standard halo swaddles have such strange sizing⦠for my little guy, the newborn size is way too short and he can barely stretch his legs even as early as 4 weeks old. Yet the size small is too big around the neck. This design is with a lighter material that doesnât shrink, therefore itâs longer than the others and fits better. Definitely prefer this design / style over their others!
I bought this while breastfeeding at midnightâ¦..I purchased because i thought my baby would use it more and i liked the color.My baby sleeps better is other sleep sacks BUT we enjoyed using halo products when he was days old for safe sleeping.
