Feels a bit thin…
We have a special needs child in our family, so having an extra 5-Point harness around for various seating & mobility devices is always helpful. Â Although, I must admit that this particular item looked more robust in the product photos than in actuality.The straps themselves do feel a bit on the thin side, but they are still adequate enough to keep a child safe. Â The primary buckle is also quite secure; however, the design could certainly benefit from having more buckles at the shoulder points. Â This would make attaching the harness to a seat much more user-friendly without the need to loop the straps onto themselves to tighten.Instead of using this harness as a permanent fixture in our home, I think it is more likely that we will use it as a backup, or for traveling/camping as it is very compact and easy to pack.But even though the price is certainly affordable, I just with the installation process was less finicky. It isn’t terrible by any stretch of the imagination, but there is indeed some room for improvement.
nice replacement harness
This is an inexpensive, well made and solid harness that could easily be used for a stroller or high chair. The five point harness holds the child securely and the straps are easy to adjust.
