These rings are great! For someone with really bad anxiety I find them perfect when I start feeling anxious. They are easy to roll up and down the finger using only the thumb on the same hand. Itâs a discrete so no one knows your wanting to jump out of your skin. The pressure is good

Bought these to use as a tactile fidget. The company sent two gold rings instead of a black ring as pictured. Rings are a bit smaller than anticipated.
